[Resolved] Idea Cellular — my idea sim is barred

I went to delhi for coaching and took a idea sim there. Now i came back to hyderabad and didnt recharge the delhi sim for 3 months as im using another idea sim. Now after my sim was barred i went to idea store and they are asking me to go to delhi to get it reactivated. This is completely unexpected. I thought you would have a universal complaint redressal. I cannot go to delhi now as im having my exams. And many accounts are linked with that number. Now please provide me a solution. Kindly see to it Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

My jio number [protected] to porting idea .Then after few days i receiving message for tele verification and given number 59059 .
But idea sim not register network .

Please tell me how to possible for verification this number
