I have been trying to send port messages to 1900 for more than a week now and i am not able to do it as you people are blocking that service. It is so saddening to look at such cheap tricks being played by you people to keep your customers forcibly. This not the way you people keep your customers. If you so damn want them then go ahead and improve your services.

On[protected] i have receive a call from idea customer care regarding no. Portability, concern person explain me and commit the company will offer you of rs 399 nirvna plan with incoming & outgoing call are free and 40 gb 4g data.
But when i visit the idea store he says this is 399 plan and no discounting in this plan.

After that i complaint for this issue with idea customer care but no solution provide by the company till time kindly request you to please provide my a solution otherwise company make a fool to people in future time.

I am. Amardeep singh an idea postpaod user. I have changed my operator to. Idea and i have been payinf my. Bills whenever i come back to india... But this time even after paying my bills. My number is permanently disconnected... I have already paid my bill and that. Is my. Business number... Plz help

They call me my docomo number and change your sim to idea. So i change my sim. Their customer executive come to my home and give sim. They didnt tell the sim is postpaid. I am troubling to recharge postpaid plans. After that i contact idea to deactivate my sim. Still they ar not deactivate my sim. They always send monthly bills to me... They said me if you pay atlease rs.400/-, we can deactivate your sim and no bills in future. But they are lieing. They always send bills to my email.

The network in out area is unavailable since 2 days . There is no network on our phone . Calls and cellular data both is not working. Due to network issue in our area problems faced by the consumers are severe . I've tried switching off the phone and turning it on and all the settings suggested by idea are already configured yet there is no network multiple methods have been tried .

Hi i mahendra rathore living in gwalior few days back i ported my bsnl sim to idea in idea store near jinsi nala 1 area gwalior the lady neha jain sitting there had taken 555 rupees from me and told me that within one week your bsnl sim had been ported into idea. Now more than one week has happened and my sim has not ported yet when i again went to shop for queries the same lady neha jain told me that your sim portability has been rejected from bsnl side. When i told the neha jain that now i donot want to port the sim i want my money back she told me that we cannot refund money. Is this your idea cellular company working. I thing this the worst way to take money from consumer by doing fraud activities by using idea person
Kindly refund my money back. Please take the matter seriously if you are a responsible telecom operator

We the residents of atlanta-ii, wakad, pune being harassed 24*7 by the noise generated from the ac compressors placed on the roof top of the building.
We are doing complaints and follow up with idea building admin, panchshil admin and local hinjewadi police station since last 1 year but no luck.

7 meetings, 100+ phone calls and sms, 12 visits to police station, written complaints tk police and idea. What a common man can do more than this.
Feeling hopeless with the indian system.
Don't we have a right to live in a peaceful environment, without any noise pollution?

Dear madam I want to draw your kind attention to the idea app
In idea app it shows a option in the shop I. E. Is share everything in this option available to share your call data SMS etc but when I tried earlier it gives me error later I complain it and also I get response from your side but the problem still persist

I have been sending request to port my phone number but my service provider is not generating portability it is now going to be a month. And sending messages daily for serving better in future, i had first request for port on 3rd of march then one more time but still there is no response from the service provider please help resolve my query.

I have postpaid to prepaid sim but my security deposit money has not been refunded to me so far. But still i have not received that. I am continue follow up from 20th jan 2019 with idea store / customer care through visit / mail & call, but till time not received yet.

I was using idea postpaid ([protected]) past one month i am facing network issue still the problem not solved without solving the problem why they expect the money from customer end i cant able to use the network... Airtel and jio best compare then idea and my number connection has been barred.. They are saying future that problem will be rectify what about now without using why you are expect customers money... Fraud network

A new cell phone tower is being installed again on a private owners building top inside the colony. Already there are four cell phone towers with in 750 meters of radius circle of area of our colony. This harms the health of humans animals and birds a lot. Date of installation: 3rd, 4th apr 2019.

I request you to get these cell phone towers removed and relocated to far off place not harming humans, animals, birds and green life trees and plants.

My idea prepaid sim is not working in uae (Dubai), the same sim is working in india, regarding this i complaint idea customer care, but no use.
Even i changed different hand set, still issue is same.

I had requested and activated international roaming pack on my number [protected] for one month beginning feb 15, 2019. At the time i was assured that pack will not be auto-renewed.

Pack got over after 28 days, and that was ok.

Suddenly, i received an email on 1-4-2019 that the pack is activated again. I never requested this activation. The charges for this pack are rs.5999/-., which i am not liable to pay, since i have not requested activation.

Upon complaining on their number they said that this request has been submitted online. This is also a lie as we have not done any such request.

This is alarming. Kindly take immediate action against idea cellular to stop this scam.

WAP download charges in idea no [[protected]] for 2 months frm period 1/01/2018 . This to inform you that in my mobile bill extra WAP down load charge has been added costing Rs 150/-my mobile bill . I even does not know WAP downloading and so could not understand what is WAP charge. The customer care said you have downloaded the WAP and that’s why these charges is included in your bill and you have to pay the amount. He never listened to my grievances. Kindly do the need full. My self dr. Mukul jain, i had a idea post paid number ([protected]) in name of my cousin mr. Naveen jain.
We have deposited all the the balance amount and all other formalities to disconnect the post paid number and submitted application with relevant documents to withdraw my security. But your representative miss jyoti ([protected] from dehradun) assure us that it will come in three months.
After 5 months, i again contact to miss jyoti. But she was saying it will come from head office. So you will contact in head office (Rajpur road, dehradun).
After several time request, she provided me a contact number of mr vipin sharma ([protected]) who works in head office dehradun.
Mr. Vipin sharma assured me i have forwarded your case in noida. They will send to cheque by post. But after one month, mr. Vipin was saying your cheque has already given to same address. If it not received by you then u will again submit adhar card and address proof again. Then we will take care for it.
Its my very bad experience about idea company. For your mistake, i am suffering again and again.
Finally i decide i will complain for this type of cheating or behavior.
Pls check the status of above disconnected number. If possible so maintain your faith to customer.
I have already using idea number ([protected]) from last 15 years.

Dear Sir I have to say My Idea Number is [protected] this sim issue my father narayan dutt tejwani in year 2010 but some time i don't use the number but idea company without any information deactivated my number i need the number please help me i go to idea store but this provide me postpaid number my i don't want postpaid number i want prepaid number please help me and reissue my number thank you(my state-madhya pradesh)my alternate number is-[protected] i have this complain registered 28 march 2019 but donot have any response my complain

Two of number [protected] and [protected] was ported from idea celluar to other company without informing me on my primary nirvana number as above number was under family plan. The above mention number has been ported to third party name. And the new company registered numbers without verifying documents for port. And i think as per rules the new company has to verify details of registered user from the company from which number has been port. Now.. Neither idea and new company noticed mismatch of documents.

Dear sir, this is anilkumar from bangalore idea cellular company, my monthly post paid plan changed with out intimation. Last month february my plan was rs175. This month suddenly they telling your plan was changed to rs299. Therefore this month im paid rs 320 today. For changing post paid to prepapaid plan. This is i can't accept. Then also paid. Please enquire and give me justice.

My idea no. Is [protected]. For the last one week there have been issues with the mobile network and now its gettin worsen as on saturday for almost 2 hours there was no signal on my connection from 11:30am to 01:30 pm. Even after that when the network service resumed there was no internet connectivity for the next 2 hours.

Since then the network has been switching on and off. Today also since morning i am nnot able to use the internet as there is no internet connectivity, not even to use whatsapp.

I dont feel like paying my bils if i can not use the data service for which i am paying so heavily. Even they should compensate me for the trouble i went through as on saturday my parents arrived at dehradun on 12:30 by the train for the first time and i had assured them that i'll book a cab for them bbut i could not. Infact i was not even able to contact them for almost half an hour. After that i called them from my maid's mobile no.

This is rediculous from idea and vodafone both.
Kindly resolve the issue and compensate me for one month bill.
