I got the postpaid sim 27/03/2019. As they promised, the sim will be get activated within 4 hours and they asked me to contact 59059 to make it active.
But till now the sim is not yet activated.

I got the number from thoraipakkam vodafone showroom.
Please respond to this asap.

My balance has been deducted from main balance saying that i have requested for VAS services(yoga guru server) from my mobile. but i have not requested any services for my mobile. money deducted from my mobile number [protected]. on this March month 2019 year
even though it is not registered by me, i have charged and did not return my money with out showing the proof that i requested for it.
Please help me to get my money back.

My mobile number is [protected]. I had made a recharge showing 100% cashback. I don't remember the amount and dates now but you must be having ठोस details. I had something like 10 nos of cashback coupons of ₹50 each. I have hardly used 2 or 3 of it. Now my account is not showing any coupon balance. Where are they?
I enquired on your customer care number 198 but i could not get the answer.
I want the reply immediately. My account balance is about to expire within 3 days.

I have taken new sim for my old idea no.
Which i missed, after completing activation, i am unable to receive any messages from others friends, banks etc. Due to my business i am usually & time to time in need money transfer regarding otp sms from my bank (Which is ok with my previous sim). Rest of all working good and able to send the messages also.
How worst the services are going, i felt after seeing lots of similar issues here.

I have been using idea network since last 6years but this time disappointed with idea services. Submitted the request thrice to move postpaid connection to prepaid but received no response.
I went to idea customer care office everytime they ask to pay the bill for next 1week also and ask to come later after 1week once i receive a call from idea company regarding connection ported successfully. Then change the sim, after every 10days went to idea customer care repitively but got no response from their side.
At last have asked to keep my number on safe custody hence that was also not done.
Now, i moved to germany and getting the mail regarding idea bill payment of rs.700 per month.
Too frusted from the response received by the idea customer care centre.

I want [protected] number back . This number doesn't exit bcz of not using since 3 months.

I was an idea customer earlier, and i have ported my sim to bsnl now. I wasn't receiving any telemarketing calls while i was an idea customer. Now after porting to bsnl, i'm getting a lot of calls from idea telemarketing.

How could they still call me even after i have ported out from idea? I want a serious compensation, plus this should not happen to any other customers in future. The calls insulting and annoyance to any ex-customers.

Dear sir or mam,
I want to explain you that there are many places that there is not 3g / 4g networks of idea sim. You told us that if there is no 3g /4g networks then it is veryh difficult to use idea sim. Please try to understand. We can adjust with 3g.
Try to better. These are my opinions otherwise there are many sims called jio, airtel, etc.

Idea sim card is not working from today morning (24/03/19), it is showing as emergency calls only. Don't know what is the problem, not able to do outgoing calls nor receiving incoming calls.
Tried inserting the sim in other phones but still it is showing emergency calls only. Please help to resolve this problem soon as i'm using only one sim.

Right now i am living in meerut. & i was using airtel in roaming (Sim of delhi). A girl from idea called me up from ([protected]) to port my no to idea, with some good plans so i told them that i am living in meerut, how would you deliver that sim to me. So that girl told me that they will courier sim on your address. On this i agreed and gave them my addressed to that girl and gave all my id's over the whatsapp. I got call from that girl to tell about otp's which i got on my existing no. So i gave to her and asked about my sim card, she told me that we have already couriered that and you will recieve the same by today. Then next day again i got a call for otp and again i asked about my sim and got the same reply. When i got the msg that my no will get port in idea so i called that girl and asked about my sim, she picked my call after 12-15 calls and said i can not do anything and switched off the phone. After taking so many follow ups i didn't get my sim & today my existing sim has been blocked.
Who will be responsible for my business loss??

I m from haryana after 7 days i recieved a msg saying that to activateur no.. Call on 59059 i tried calling whole day bt everytime it stated call ended,, call ended then i went to the idea store in evening (In ambala) i told them that i have to go dehradun tommorow plzz activate my no. They also tried to call 59059 from my no. Bt still was unable to connect now tommorow m going to dehradun and i was told by the idea care that u can call on 5909 only when u r in haryna.. Now tommorow m leaving haryana and going to dehradun.. Now plzzz activate my no. As soon as possible m in huge trouble.. Plzzzz help me

Idea cellular's 4g service is very disgusting and their costomer support is also not good they just giving me excuses first they registered my complaint and ask for 48 hours to solve my problem then they asking for more 2 days now they say our customer executive mistakenly registered your wrong complaint then today they again registered my complaint and said it takes more than 3 days to proceed i am just sick of it they didn't take any action.
