I have been using idea network since last 6years but this time disappointed with idea services. Submitted the request thrice to move postpaid connection to prepaid but received no response.
I went to idea customer care office everytime they ask to pay the bill for next 1week also and ask to come later after 1week once i receive a call from idea company regarding connection ported successfully. Then change the sim, after every 10days...

I want [protected] number back . This number doesn't exit bcz of not using since 3 months.

I was an idea customer earlier, and i have ported my sim to bsnl now. I wasn't receiving any telemarketing calls while i was an idea customer. Now after porting to bsnl, i'm getting a lot of calls from idea telemarketing.

How could they still call me even after i have ported out from idea? I want a serious compensation, plus this should not happen to any other customers in future. The calls insulting and annoyance to any ex-customers....

Dear sir or mam,
I want to explain you that there are many places that there is not 3g / 4g networks of idea sim. You told us that if there is no 3g /4g networks then it is veryh difficult to use idea sim. Please try to understand. We can adjust with 3g.
Try to better. These are my opinions otherwise there are many sims called jio, airtel, etc....

Idea sim card is not working from today morning (24/03/19), it is showing as emergency calls only. Don't know what is the problem, not able to do outgoing calls nor receiving incoming calls.
Tried inserting the sim in other phones but still it is showing emergency calls only. Please help to resolve this problem soon as i'm using only one sim.

Right now i am living in meerut. & i was using airtel in roaming (Sim of delhi). A girl from idea called me up from ([protected]) to port my no to idea, with some good plans so i told them that i am living in meerut, how would you deliver that sim to me. So that girl told me that they will courier sim on your address. On this i agreed and gave them my addressed to that girl and gave all my id's over the whatsapp. I got call from that girl...

I m from haryana after 7 days i recieved a msg saying that to activateur no.. Call on 59059 i tried calling whole day bt everytime it stated call ended,, call ended then i went to the idea store in evening (In ambala) i told them that i have to go dehradun tommorow plzz activate my no. They also tried to call 59059 from my no. Bt still was unable to connect now tommorow...

I want to say that sir I want complaint of idea service centre . because I want prepaid no of my current sim of idea. but he tell me that it is not possible and it may be possible when you will take this No postpaid No not in prepaid No .

Idea cellular's 4g service is very disgusting and their costomer support is also not good they just giving me excuses first they registered my complaint and ask for 48 hours to solve my problem then they asking for more 2 days now they say our customer executive mistakenly registered your wrong complaint then today they again registered my complaint and said it takes more than 3 days to proceed i am just sick of it they didn't take any action....

I did a mistake of not recharging my Idea Cellular number [protected] for a long time. As a result, my number got closed. I visited the Idea Store in Lucknow to resolve the issue. But they have not been able to do so. Instead, they are saying to port the same number to some other service provider. How will you be able to manage customers with this kind of attitude? It has been 10 days. I would request you to kindly reopen my number....

Currently im using this idea sim since last 12 years, but there has been almost a 100% call drop rate recently.. Not even a single call can be made without a drop, it takes multiple attepmts to connect and even if gets connected fortunately the call drops or the voice is lost. The data speed is also extremely low.. Takes minutes to open a webpage or update a social media screen....

We paid our bills before due date period from 20/1/19 to 19/2/19 of which the due date was 7/3/2019 and we paid it on 1/3/2019, the payment detail is : chq no: 181265 dated 01/3/2019 amounting rs. 11822.12/- which was cleared on 07/3/2019 as per our bank statement. So even after that our services are stopped for those numbers which i paid in that cheque. And it was not for the first time, we have faced this problem from last three months....
