[Resolved] Idea Cellular — my number allotted to someone else without informing me

I had my mobile number which was 9years old then i ported my sim to idea cellular and didn't use it a lot. One day when i checked they allotted my mobile number to someone else. It was 9year old number which was connected to all my bank accounts and online transaction apps. I called their customer care and they were so rude and careless. So i decided to go through the legal ways as this is completely illegal to provide such an important asset to some one else and give them right to access all my details and do illegal transactions. Dear Sir
I am trying to send massage on 1900 by my number [protected] but massage couldn't be send. It seems Idea is trying to chalenge the regulation authority of telecom that authority can't do anything against it. Idea providing best services 2G on behalf of 4G. What rubbish is going on . Please do the needful

I am trying to port from idea to other services but i my message sending fails every time .Even normal messaging to other numbers fail. This has been happening since months .Please help.
