Idea Cellular — no network after mnp

Dear sir, I have port in to idea on 23 december & wait till 27 dec. But sim ported in idea but no network showing "emergency call only"!! I have tried all method like restart, insert into another handset, change network search mode also. But not done. Your customer care is helpless. Totally bakwas. I request you to please do something.
