[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Online prepaid charging failed for payment through billdesk | |||
Online payment for Rs 103 made to Bill desk through ICICI bank net banking on 12.08.2015 at 23.43 vide bank transaction ID [protected] for Idea prepaid recharge of phone no [protected]. prepaid rechareg has not happened however my ICICI bank account is debited for the amount.
