I have recharged rs 199 plan from idea website. After completing payment process success page was showed stating my recharge was successful. But when i checked my balance on mobile with idea sim recharge was not successful. I am facing this issue for last 2 months. I am Bhargavi my mobile number is [protected] aircell network .im using this number for past 8 years .i was shocked without my knowledge my number is been port to idea network, I kindly request you to take action against idea & get my mobile number
