[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — other number added by idea cellular with my primary number without my consent and not removing after several complaint request

Dear Sir /Madam,

Ref. to the subjected, one other number has been added in January'19 by Idea Cellular executive without my consent and raising monthly bill since 4 months, i requested / complaint by mobile & email several time to remove other number but still no action is taken by Idea cellular.

Even I paid every month of bill of my primary no still Idea cellular has closed my services from 06.05.19 to 16.05.19, then i paid extra INR 967/- for another no which I am not using as I was facing issue as my number is added with banking & Aaddar, EPFO etc.

I had complaint many times to remove other no but were not removed the same and charging me continuously.

I complained on customer care in last week of Jan or 1st week of Feb, visited a March at vodafone store at yamaha vihar barola sector 49 noida and vodafone personal told that complaint registered.

10 days back I visited to Alpha commercial complex greater noida for the same. He denied to register any complaint.

I paid bill amount every month for which I am liable and not paid for another number which added on me by fraud by Idea executive, hence I didn't paying.


You are requested to please register my case and take action against Idea Cellular and help to refund my money.
