Dear Team,

My name is Ankush and I got my number ported from Airtel to Idea on 28th Apr'16.
I have made my bill payment of 2300 and post that inspite of having free data in my account my outstanding is showing as 13000. They have even barred my services for the number.

I have even contacted nodal services for same.
Please get this sorted as this is a big issue.
