i have applied for port out from idea and my letter had been rejected 3-4 times without assigning any valid reason from company and when they told me contact idea office they r answerless and as a senior citizen at age of 73 years, the company is harrasing me by not giving me permission to port out and i have to go to their office again and again. i would like to complaint in consumer court for all my coroperate connections so pls help to teach this company lesson

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    The above mentioned mobile number has very harassed to my sister. he has send chip message and talking foul language with her from long time.

    I have tried call to him many times but he is master mind he has diverted his mobile number to another switch off mobile number.

    Some information found out that the above mobile number is idea prepaid and these numbers circulated in Rajasthan circle.

    Further I guess he has issued SIM through forged documents.

    So I request you to register a complaint against Mobile No.[protected] and take strict action against him.

      My name is joginder singh duhan. I have purchased a 4g net setter dongle and plan 750+ from idea store (Aryaman enterprises booth no. 90, opposite silvy park, phase -10, mohali. Pin - 160064 mohali, punjab)

      First issue:
      4g wifi net setter bill not provided to us by idea store manager

      Second issue:
      During the face to face conversation with idea store incharge, we told him for plan activation 750+ but later he activated for plan 999+.

      Third issue:

      After activation of number and 4g wifi netsetter. Idea store manager did not even a single call while he said to us on that day he will provide the bill at that evening. But from that day he did not communicate to us while i had done several call to that person.

      Please look into this matter seriously. These kind of person or team really impact on idea cellular and idea company commitments.

      As per discussion with IDEA Cellular Team, I have visited today at idea office for change billing cycle and for bill of IDEA 4g net setter dongle. But unfortunately same story repeated by Idea store and i was totally shocked when they said they don't have bill book from last one month. This is totally unacceptable things for customer.What kind of services provided Idea.
      Please provide the proper solution.

          I have been using Idea post paid service on mobile number [protected] before one and half months. With this letter I want to narrate my problem with Idea Company. My issue is as below:

          I use the MY IDEA mobile application for billing information. On 27th may, 2016(Friday), when I checked in my Idea Mobile Application, I could find that there were already about Rs.5 credited in my account. I want to mention that the company provides me the credit of Rs.1250. On 30th may, 2016(Monday), When I checked in my Idea Mobile Application, there were the bill of RS.1632.53 was generated in my account. The amount of this bill was already more than my credit limit. The Idea Company had shut down the outgoing service on my Idea No.[protected]. The amount of this bill is more than my actual usage. I am very much sure that I didn’t use the services of such a big amount of Rs.1632.53.

          I called the Idea customer care and asked about my usage data of my mobile number [protected]. I am informed that the company hadn’t any usage data of my mobile number. Moreover the company didn’t start the outgoing service on my number. Then I visited the Idea Store [Super Diamond Market, Varachha Road, Nr. Minibazar, Surat(395006)]. They also hadn’t any data of my bill. But they stared the outgoing service on my number. But today, the company again shut down my outgoing service.

          I am suffering so much from Idea Company. I request you to start the outgoing service on my number on my number [protected]. I request you to give an attention on my problem and give me positive response fast as possible as you can.

            I recently purchased idea sim on 28th may 2016, but the sim is not yet activated. Address verification is done but still it is not activated. Got sim from idea store in

              I got a call from idea from number [protected] to port to idea by telling me a scheme only for my number if I port out. The scheme was that my call rates will be 25p/minute and I will get additional benefits also. I agreed to port out from my existing service provider. The person from idea visited my house the same day and collected all the documents and gave me the sim. The person that called me to port to idea called and said that the scheme will be activated after the sim gets activated but this didn't happen even after the sim was activated. I tried calling him again and again but he doesn't picks up the call and keeps rejecting. I want the scheme to get activated on my number.

                I am using IDEA data rate cutter for almost 5 months now. The offer is for 32 Rupees, we get data at 0.4 paisa per 10 kb instead of 4 paisa.

                As the regular practice, I recharged this month also with USSD code *150*32# to get the rate cutter offer activated.

                To my surprise, I got 100 MB which is valid for 4 days. But that is not expected for the USSD code I use.

                I recharged it on 21st May 2016 and today we are standing it on 31st May 2016. So, it has been 10 days and I could see the office on web page as well. http://www.ideacellular.com/mobile-internet/3g/prepaid-data/andhra-pradesh

                So, the offer is not changed. So don't give me the answer that offer is modified.

                Issue is already registered in Idea - Q1-[protected]. But they say that they cannot help. for more information visit website.

                So far three request are raised. I agree the offer is changed ( at your backend), but customer is not aware of this changes as the offer was still available on website. I was able to see the offer atleast for 10 days in the website.

                Customer can look for the offer at website and will recharge accordingly. If you forget to update the website, who can customer bare the penality. Look at your logs, when was it removed in the website and when did I recharged.

                I have forwarded the screen shot of the website which was taken on 31st may. My recharge was on 21st may.
                Look at the emails of both the complaint numbers mentioned above.

                I did not recieved any call. But just a message. I have the proofs of the offer. But Idea is not providing a reason y it cannot be resolved.

                Can someone here can guide me how to escalate it further.
                Idea is harrasing me like anything. They did not called me . But i received a message saying that they interacted with me. If i try to provide feedback.. It is not getting delivered. Looks like they are targetting my nunber .

                    In my last billing cycle I called Idea customer care to add internet booster pack as I was running out of data. They asked me to do it through phone application. I went ahead and tried adding the booster pack of 2GB (cost INR450), the app hung and didnt give any error. I tried again and again but was unable to add the pack so I decided to try later. I tried after some time and this time the pack was added. However, when I checked all my previous failed attempts had also been processed without notifying me and now I had 4 booster packs added instead of 1. I raised the complaint immediately at same time to revert the rest of the transactions, however, there was no response for 10 days. When I checked the status of my request it was closed without notifying me and I also received invoice with all charges. Now I have raised another request and customer care is not reversing teh charges. Please help me to get this resolved.

                      Hi,

                      I had an idea mobile number [protected] which i had ported to tata docomo due to poor signal quality of idea. After number port, i was unable to pay the last idea bill which was around rs 440. I paid this bill amount in cash to their customer care outlet sector 20 panchkula. I have a receipt of that. Still after 2 months, i am receiving a call from an advocate that they have filed a complaint against me and i have to appear in court. What the hell is that, why you are harassing consumer? I have presented the same receipt to my current provider so that they able to port my number then why idea is harassing the consumers?

                      Please withdrawal the complaint asap, i have no time to put myself in court matters where it is your mistake not mine. Find attached payment receipt.

On that day there was a festival of kumbh sinhansth mela (shahi snaan). A madam talked so rudely with me related to payment. She told me that "take bowl and collect Rs. Like baggar in kumbh mela and pay the bill. After 1 hr. She feel sorry for that statement. Than she told me that I have to pay only 50% amount and rest of the amount is waved. On next day I was paid Rs. 510 in cash on idea cash collection counter. (Mokshit Enterprises. R. No. 1033 date 10/05/2016). Still after 2 months, i am receiving a call and notice from an advocate that they have filed a complaint against me and i have to appear in court. In this time duration so many times i contact at idea outlet related to matter. They always told me you don't have to pay this amount. Now at present today when i call that madam ([protected]), she again misbehaving with me. She does not accept any responsibility to resolve the matter and now does not receive my phone call also. What the hell is that, why you are harassing consumer? I am regular customer of idea. I have three more postpaid connections at my home. I received a yearly gift from idea company also. But at present I am totally disturb with this matter. One of the person from idea said do not pay any thing and on another side other person send legal notice. These is completely fault from company then why idea is harassing the consumers?

                      Please withdrawal the complaint asap, i have no time to put myself in court matters where it is your mistake not mine. Find attached payment receipt.

                        Hello,
                        Vas service called "game buzz" has been automatically subscribed on my idea number [protected] today (31/5/2016) at 12:34pm, and they have deducted an amount of rs. 15 from my balance.
                        On calling the idea customer care and complaint number (198) and explaining them the situation, they refused to refund the balance and tole me that the service has got activated via some internet page. But i have not activated it myself from any internet page or pop-up.
                        Similarly, 2 other vas services had got automatically activated on my same number on march 30th. The services are "bollywood buzz" (Rs. 45) and "fun star" (Rs. 5). I had tried to lodge a complaint about this that time and asked for refund, but the idea customer care denied to refund.
                        I request you to please help me to get the total amount (45+5+15 = 65) refunded back to me.

                              Everyday i am calling and emailing to your customer care more than 5 days regarding my plan change and activate national rooming. After 2 days i have to travel out of station, if i am not able to get signal i will face lot of problem. Everyday they are telling that your problem will solved within 24 hours, but still now i am not getting any update. Everyday they are telling that one ticket was raised on your number so it will take 24 hours to close, but it was already 5 days gone (24*5= 120 hour).

                                I was just using my WhatsApp and got a message about deduction of RS 45/- for activation of some "socialbook". There was no pop-up or any kind of message that you want to activate any such thing, yes or no; the money was just simply deducted. I called the customer care and they said you have only activated it. They don't even listened to what I said and sticked to their own assumption that I have only started it. It has happened to me before also when I was using Vodafone network, but they refunded my money.

                                  Idea cellular has started unnecessary service in my number & charged Rs 15 from my a/c. I call customer care for the same & they told me that you have started service "Hello Tv 99" from net. I got message @ midnight. They sent me msg that if I want to stop the service you will have to send message "STOP" to 155223 before 5 days. I also send that message before 5 days. But on the next day morning they charged me Rs 30 for autorenew of my pack. Even before I have not requested him to start any kind of service in my number. I called customer care they told me that you have to call customer care for deactivation of your service instead of message. Total they have charged me Rs 45 though I have not asked him to start any service

                                    Dear sir,

                                    This is to inform you that i was owning an internet pack worth Rs. 100 for 300 MB, after my internet pack had been finished (as per idea cellular ) i was additionally charged by RS 405 for consuming 90 MB data after exhausting my limit.

                                    But my concern is as per idea norms - i am using idea app and as per that application its still showing that i have 87 MB data left in my account then how can they additionally charge me. If app is showing incorrect data then they need to update their application first without making us suffer.

                                    Now due to incorrect bill amount (i.e. RS 405 additional), i am not in the state to pay the bill amount.

                                    Kindly do the need full at earliest possible.

                                      I have complain to file it.

                                      Few days one of your executive come to my contact and ask me to MNP in Idea, I agreed as the plan he has discussed was nice and compatible to my need so I did MNP. Now today I come to know that what I have been alloted is not the same plan which you sales executive have informed me.

                                      The name of your Executive is Anil Gayakwad, and his mobile number is +91 [protected], he has told me the my plan is of RS 375 per month and it consist of 500 minutes call both STD & Local calls, 100 Text mgs free, 1GB 3G data plus unlimited 2G mobile internet free for the whole month and the same plan will continue till the time I am using Idea.
                                      Your Sale executive has also charge me 100 RS for the plan, which I have pain him on spot in case.

                                      Today after talking to one of you Executive I come to know that I have some different plan which is costly and not appropriate to my need.

                                      I have no intention to be with Idea if I am not getting what I want, because I was getting nice & decent plan in Vodafone with less amount compare to Idea.


                                      Kindly look into the matter and provide me the resolution for the same.
