I recently purchased idea sim on 28th may 2016, but the sim is not yet activated. Address verification is done but still it is not activated. Got sim from idea store in

"shop no 01, opp, white flint nest, near lane no. 05, n main rd, liberty phase 2, meera nagar, koregaon park, pune, maharashtra 411001"

The shop phone no is[protected]It is always switched off).

I paid 250. Will the sim be ever...

I got a call from idea from number [protected] to port to idea by telling me a scheme only for my number if I port out. The scheme was that my call rates will be 25p/minute and I will get additional benefits also. I agreed to port out from my existing service provider. The person from idea visited my house the same day and collected all the documents and gave me the sim. The person that called me to port to idea called and said that the scheme...

I am using IDEA data rate cutter for almost 5 months now. The offer is for 32 Rupees, we get data at 0.4 paisa per 10 kb instead of 4 paisa.

As the regular practice, I recharged this month also with USSD code *150*32# to get the rate cutter offer activated.

To my surprise, I got 100 MB which is valid for 4 days. But that is not expected for the USSD code I use.

I recharged it on 21st May 2016...

Vas service called "game buzz" has been automatically subscribed on my idea number [protected] today (31/5/2016) at 12:34pm, and they have deducted an amount of rs. 15 from my balance.
On calling the idea customer care and complaint number (198) and explaining them the situation, they refused to refund the balance and tole me that the service has got activated via some internet page. But i have not activated it myself...

When i connect Internet, most of the time only the uplink arrow is lit, so can't access my data...too frustrating...sometimes no net access...downlink gets lit once in an hour or so...using WhatsApp Turning to my worst nightmare due to idea

There is no net work in my mobile (at my residence, kothi no 513, sector 11 b chandigarh) since last 4 years . I had made so many complaints but to no avail.I had also requested to please port my mobile to any other service provider immediately but to no avail.

My business is suffering badly due to negligence and deficiency on the part of idea.

Everyday i am calling and emailing to your customer care more than 5 days regarding my plan change and activate national rooming. After 2 days i have to travel out of station, if i am not able to get signal i will face lot of problem. Everyday they are telling that your problem will solved within 24 hours, but still now i am not getting any update. Everyday they are telling that one ticket was raised on your number so it will take 24 hours...

I was just using my WhatsApp and got a message about deduction of RS 45/- for activation of some "socialbook". There was no pop-up or any kind of message that you want to activate any such thing, yes or no; the money was just simply deducted. I called the customer care and they said you have only activated it. They don't even listened to what I said and sticked to their own assumption that I have only started it. It has happened to me before...

Idea cellular has started unnecessary service in my number & charged Rs 15 from my a/c. I call customer care for the same & they told me that you have started service "Hello Tv 99" from net. I got message @ midnight. They sent me msg that if I want to stop the service you will have to send message "STOP" to 155223 before 5 days. I also send that message before 5 days. But on the next day morning they charged me Rs 30 for autorenew of my pack....

This is to inform you that i was owning an internet pack worth Rs. 100 for 300 MB, after my internet pack had been finished (as per idea cellular ) i was additionally charged by RS 405 for consuming 90 MB data after exhausting my limit.

I have made my bill payment of 2300 and post that inspite of having free data in my account my outstanding is showing as 13000. They have even barred my services for the number.

Dear Idea Team,
This is regarding a serious problem faced by me wherein an unknown person is using my personal mobile number and making international calls. Every time i recharge, i get a debit amounting to Rs. 200/-. I personally visited two Idea outlets in panjim and they said that my number could have been possibly hacked by somebody. I want to know what action I should take on this.
How and where should I file a complaint??...
