Here we are unable to connect the internet. It's showing Edge-strength whenever we are trying to connect. Getting 4G signal is a surprising thing here.

We are facing this problem since so many months. Still the problem is same. Try to resolve the issue ASAP.

      My sim is from UP(W), my sim card shows "no service".
      I tried all these things
      1. Manual select network
      2. Two to three times restart the phone
      3. Pull sim out and place it again

      But same result is there.
      Please help me to sort out this.

              I have been facing too many problems since Last three years onwards, so many times I complained but no use from vi customer care, every time they told me we will resolve your problem but not.
              Find the following attachment contains complaints about network issue. But fraudent idea without resolve my complaint, issue has completed.

                  I am facing issue with Vi (Idea + Vodafone) sim card, as it is showing "no service". I restarted the phone, I tried with airplane mode, I removed the sim card and put it into other slot, I tried to selet network manually, I tried all possible things even though, issue still exists, I recharged the sim one week before. I am facing this issue for more than week now.

                    That show on when I recharged 2gb data unlimited data .i used 2gb data to 5days but today only 1.5 gb I have proof of 2gb data i submitted proof. The sim card is on my father's name Gunasekaran.j s/o jayabalan.

                        On 12th December I activated international roaming on my idea number. And on the day of my journey which was 15th December the phone was showing no service. On 17th December I registered complaint with Vi customer care through an email, I was told to wait till 21st December. Then I again contacted Vi care through WhatsApp on 21st and they had no solution to the issue. I was told to wait till 24th, 27th and now 30th December. It’s been 15days and they are still not able to resolve the issue. All I am getting tarikh pe tarikh. I am fed up with their customer agent who are no better than any robot. I am being charged for IR pack and also I am losing on my business as I cannot receive any call and SMS for last 15 days.

                        I have changing the settings and all as directed but nothing is working.

                              Hai on 24th November 2021 I recharged Rs 2327 on online banking after the submission its came transaction failure, then I checked my account statement that time it was not deducted then again I tried to recharge again rs 2327 the msg received successful recharged but both times also deducted my amount but till now it was not recharged am getting very bad experience with this activities

                                Hi, my sim card is not working from last 3 days. I am not getting any network, tried calling customer care with another number it's but not working.                                       My mom using idea number [protected] has been recharged the number on 25 November 2021, by the 149rs. Unlimited pack which was for 21 days and today on 16 December 2021 they are again telling to recharge the number. I'm trying to contact your customers care but they are only using key options but I want to spoke to your customers care executive soo kindly give mee a call on my number . Or else I'm going to port my card to other networks.

                                        I had recharged my prepaid Idea sim on 14th Dec 2021 with Rs. 501 unlimited recharge pack. The amount has been debited from my bank account but the Idea has not yet credited it. I kindly request you to refund my whole cash amount of Rs. 501. I did wait for two days for any automatic refund but no response.
