[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Portability activation | |||
Hello I vivek kumar prajapati, I got calls from IDEA Cellular Company for porting my airtel no [protected] Sale executive gave me the Idea Sim no. ([protected]) after handing over my document & money and told me that the new sim will be activated within 7 days. I got message from Idea Cellular that my airtel no. will deactivated on 08.08.2015 11:00pm. I got deactivated but new Idea sim did not get activated. I contacted customer care but there was no response from there end my no. There executive say that they cannot help be any further as my sim is activated but my sim provided to me is wrong.
