[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Prepaid to Post paid migration. | |||
Hi, I have received a call from Idea customer care on Oct-30-2014 regarding moving my idea prepaid to postpaid connection. I have been using Idea connection "+[protected] "(Ported from docomo) for past so many years as a prepaid connection. I have submitted all proofs on Oct-30-2014 and My prepaid connection has been disconnected on 31-Oct-2014 but my postpaid connection is not activated till now. As "+[protected] " is the number given for official purposes and I have faced so many issues due to disconnecting my prepaid number. I have contacted customer care several times and each time I got a reply to wait and the connection will be ok within some hours. But I have been waiting for 3 days now. Last day I tried to connect to post paid customer care and they said that customer care is only for prepaid customers and they cannot help me to solve this issue. I am wondering why customer care executives not even registering complaint about my issues though I asked them to do it several times. I have made only one mistake that I should not have moved to idea postpaid connection and I cannot forget this bitter experience for Idea. Due to idea's irresponsible customer service, I could not attend my official and personal calls on last three days and which caused me several official problems. As per the contract, my postpaid connection should have activated within 4 hours from disconnecting my prepaid connection. I would request your help here.
