[Resolved] Idea Cellular — problem in porting | |||
I have two idea postpaid connection mob. [protected] & [protected]. I want to port out these no.in vodafone prepaid but idea cancelled my porting request 3 times. Sir my money is wasting in traveling & paying porting charge to vodafone. But idea customer care executive is saying that your request is rejected by system so you need to generate new request. I am paying everytime & they are rejecting my porting request. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||

I want to inform you that.. idea is poor service provider company in telecom sectors...i am try 50 time call in roaming every time call droped...

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per our record, the mentioned recharge haven't credited in your account on 3rd February 2018. However, the recharge of the same amount has been credited on 4th February 2018. If the issue persist, we request you to share us the screenshot of the recharge availed along with the transaction id and complete bank statement from the date of the recharge to till date to assist you further.
