[Resolved] Idea Cellular — recharge not activated yet

I had recharged for an amount of rs.459 on 30.01.2020 at 5:34am. The amount has been deducted from my account but the recharge has not been activated yet. I have been trying to check the balance and recharge details since then but has been in vain. Either activate the package or refund the amount. Kindly do the needful for the same immediately. If possible before 9am.
