Idea Cellular — recharge twice for same data plan | |||
I have first recharged my idea prepaid no.-[protected] with 199 for 2g unlimited data pack DATED-14 june 2015, order no.-[protected] and [protected].Amount got deducted from my sbi account (I use debit card) But i didn't get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not getting loaded.I waited for some time then i tried again doing same recharge and it got successfully recharged and i got confirmation also for the same, after few second the first recharge has also got confirmed.Now my concern is that both the recharge are for same data pack.Please if you could refund the second recharge of 199 any how it would be really appriciable.thanking you in anticipation Was this information helpful? | |||

We have recharded twice as on Date 26/11/2015 at the same time for 3G data pack on Idea card, which one is used by my relative at present(i.e Rs 299 plan and 245 plan).one is recharged from paytm and another is direct recharge, can you please let me know the refund process of data pack which is not activated on that card.
Kindly Guide me on the issue.

Today I have recharged an idea no. with 449 pack for unlimited for 82 days and confirmed. and after 1 hr. my brother also has done recharge for the same number of an idea and confirmed. Can you please tell what will happen with twice recharge for the same number??

i had make recharge from shop in evening but there will be no confirmation message and even didn't get recharge of 449 pack of 56 days. so i had done it from patym again and it has done. now shopkeeper said that he has also done but till now didn't get message of that . but now i have 2 recharge of same pack when i check my validity it is showing of 112 days. so is it like that this recharge is done twice so validity also increase by 56 days???
please let me know and tell what to do next?

Dear sir, I had done recharge twice on my prepaid VI number on 01 Nov 2020 due to poor net connectivity. The amount deducted from my account Rs 449 for 56 days two times. Therefore request you to kindly suggest me how to reimburse my extra amount...regards MR Dey
