Hi Greetings of the day!!!
We have recharded twice as on Date 26/11/2015 at the same time for 3G data pack on Idea card, which one is used by my relative at present(i.e Rs 299 plan and 245 plan).one is recharged from paytm and another is direct recharge, can you please let me know the refund process of data pack which is not activated on that card.
Kindly Guide me on the issue.

Today I have recharged an idea no. with 449 pack for unlimited for 82 days and confirmed. and after 1 hr. my brother also has done recharge for the same number of an idea and confirmed. Can you please tell what will happen with twice recharge for the same number??
I had recharged for my idea pack on 28 Jan 2019 for 90 days through Paytm. I again recharged it today by mistake thinking that the pack is over. But still 30 days are remaining for the earlier pack. Please let me know what shall be done ?.

i had make recharge from shop in evening but there will be no confirmation message and even didn't get recharge of 449 pack of 56 days. so i had done it from patym again and it has done. now shopkeeper said that he has also done but till now didn't get message of that . but now i have 2 recharge of same pack when i check my validity it is showing of 112 days. so is it like that this recharge is done twice so validity also increase by 56 days???

Dear sir, I had done recharge twice on my prepaid VI number on 01 Nov 2020 due to poor net connectivity. The amount deducted from my account Rs 449 for 56 days two times. Therefore request you to kindly suggest me how to reimburse my extra amount...regards MR Dey
