Kindly check and update the amount on my mobile or refund the amount immediately.     on 27/05/2014 we applied for idea broadband and paid a sum of Rs.1561. They said that from 01/06/2014 broadband service will start but due to some technical reasons they said that they were unable to start the broadband connection to us. so, they cancelled the request for the broadband connection and said that the money will be refunded in 4 months. but we got only Rs.561 after 3 months and said remaining money will be refunded in one month, it has been one year still we are not able to get our money back of rs.999. they did not given any receipt but provide the message of payment details. And when ever we used to call him he never lifts the phone, his name is Mr. Mallikarjuna and mobile No: [protected]. And he said that we have received the payment through post and we have signed that we received it but we have not received any payment though post and not signed anything. My costumer id for idea broadband is[protected]and name Mr. yogeshwar narayan choudhary. we have relevant payment detail in the form of messages received from idea costumer care. please take relevant action on them.

      I made a recharge of Rs 55/- through internet banking vide reference No DSBI[protected]IG0ADLRNY9 TRANSFER TO[protected] on 07 Jun 2015 for mobile No [protected]. Benefit of Rs 45.95 top up talk time was to be credited to the above above mobile. The same has not been credited to the mobile as on today. Kindly take up case with the company for refund of my Rs 55/- Complaint for the same has already been made through this site on 09 Jun 2015 but the amount has not been refunded so far.

            recharge twice for same data plan

            dear idea, i am being a valuable customer to the idea since so many years, from last few months my sim number( [protected]) is in Roaming, there was no problem with these before 3weeks back also, but suddenly when i putted these sim in my mobile phone it is not showing signal and sim also what shall i do, I already contacted the idea care center but they are trying to convience me forget about that number. ISSUE: issue is before blocking the number atleast you should give me the call are message or any thing that can communicate with me.             I would like to submit my proof id at one of the idea cellular center (Andhra pradesh, guntur district, ponnur) to get back my ph num by 20th of these month, i already explained my problem that i am currently in some other state so that it will take time for go to back to my home town city and to submit my id proof. hopefully looking your positive acknowledgement .

                I Recharged my account with 1GB 3G internet for Rs 191. But I couldnt browse.So sent ACT3G to 12345. Reply came for service to send ACT3G25 for service activation. I sent and 25 Rs. Deducted from my account and only have 100 MB data instead of 1GB. Customer Care can't help because it is Companies bloody policy.

                Customer Care explained to me that two tarriffs cannot be active at the same time. so it is not a problem as it was by mistake and i was not aware about it. But company should make its customers aware about it beforehand.

                      My number is [protected]. I had activated the roaming pack of rs. 38 on 7th June that had validity of 15 days. And the recharge was done twice on the same day. On 13 June, I received the message that a new pack has automatically been activated in which roaming would be 1p/6 sec. While I had not made any such request. I was out of town and out of balance and you started charging me roaming charges which I had already made free for incoming charges. Upon talking with the customer care executive, I was told that I had dialled 12119 from my phone which activated the pack when I was in class, how can I activate the pack, I asked him to deactivate it, he said its not possible. I said that it has not been done by me and I want my prior pack to be activated. He asked me to recharge the tariff again. What kind of service is this? When you taking money from us for free incoming and then asking us to cough up money while on roaming. In this cut throat competition, this kind of service will take you nowhere. I want my whole hard earned money to be refunded which has been tricked from me.

                          I was doing idea mobile Internet (2G plan of 30 days) recharge of 170 rupees for U.P.east circle through internet banking (SBI) on mobile no. There is more than 24 hours as waiting to refund amount or start / operate my desired plan.

                            Date :[protected] Client Number : [protected] Description : Between 10.00 A.M - 11.00 A.M the complainant got a flash message from Idea Cellular saying Rs. 118 has been deducted from his account for data usage. But the complainant isn't subscribed to any data packages nor is he using internet on his mobile because he already has a wifi connection and has been using it . So the chances of data usage is practically nil. When contacted, to the Customer care executive replies that the complainant has used internet data and he can do nothing.

                                      I recharged my [protected] for Rs.103 pack of 3G data through Idea website on 9th June with payment made by my SBI creditcard. The recharge benefits are not provided and Idea keeps debiting account balance. Also the information provided on Idea website is different from what Idea provides after recharge. This is the third time my family is victim of Idea. Idea customer just tries to washoff their hands stating that they don't have such records. Idea authorities call on [protected] for details.
