[Resolved] Idea Cellular — regarding idea voice and data network | |||
Last 10 days idea network is worst. I complain through customer care calling option on 15/04/19. That the i am suffering from idea network since last 5 days no data or either call drop on every call and get the confirmation on behalf of idea team that your complain is resolved but the condition is same as previous no work has been done on my complain and making as fool that ur complain is resolved. My Idea Cellular number is [protected] and not getting any network since 16/04/2019 after 6 PM. I tried to contact but failed to communicate. The problem has yet to resolve. I am fed up with Idea number.

On April 15, 2019, I Quresh Tohfafarosh, idea mobile no [protected] was unnecessarily charged Rs. 3 for message from 51998. Previously also I was twice charged the same amount unnecessarily. Please provide refund and stop charging such amounts.
