I need to call two times with idea customercare both of the time i was insulted by your customer care representative without any solution of my quiries. Thats why i decided to port out this number. My main balance deducted two time (worth rs 58) with in 10 minutes.
i have not download anything or not subscribed anything.
but they massaging me thanks for downloading mydala.
i have searh on google there are lots of complain about that .
how can the deducted balance without confirmation.
