[Resolved] Idea Cellular — regarding recharge-money deducted twice for the same recharge | |||
I have first recharged my idea prepaid no.-[protected] with 119 for unlimited calling pack dated-28 feb 2018, order no.-[protected] and [protected]. Amount got deducted from my sbi account (I use phonepe app) but i didn't get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not getting loaded. I waited for some time then i tried again doing same recharge and it got successfully recharged and i got confirmation also for the same, after few second the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for same pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of 119 any how it would be really appreciable thanking you in anticipation. then we recharged again then it is successful, the bank was informed through a letter money was in ideas account.
simply if you want refund my money just return it to my original payment method...i think there is no need of authorization by costumer. as many online merchant do and i made payment via phonepe app so you should refund to phonepe not in my bank account directly...!!
hope you will understand now! why i did that...kindly think on it. and notify
