Idea Cellular — regarding repeated calls from customer care

i just ported from airtel to idea about a month ago. and im really pissed off with the repeated useless customer care calls. yesterday i got a call from customer care service asking me to activate missed call service which i activated by mistake. when i got to know about it i immediately deactivated but today i got a call saying missed call alerts have been deactivated but im charged a sum of Rs.149. i mean its ridiculous why should i even pay for a service which i havent even used for even 5 minutes??? I should not have ported. the executive who called me first time when i was porting was all hands to help me just to port but after that she seemed to be less concerned whenever i call. she says she cant hear properly and she cuts the call or she will say she will call me later. is this the way you behave to a customer!! I just hate this connection. and i cannot pay for what i have not used. if someone is reading this its a big advise from me please do not opt for idea cellular connection. I use docomo, airtel and bsnl connection but never had such a worst experience in less than a months time. never get carried away by the advertisement. it is useless.

where should i provide my contact number? recently i got my bill and it was Rs.860. im using a plan which is of 399rupees. customer care executives explained that i had been using more internet. when i further enquired them telling that even on the last day of the scheduled bill i received a notification saying i have around 200mb balance and how can i be charged for using internet!! then again they replied me saying the info i.e. the flash message info regarding balance of internet, sms and call minutes is wrong it seems! how can i be responsible for mistake from their part? my customer acc no is[protected]. kindly contact me back
