[Resolved] Idea Cellular — sbi credit card - rs 20000.. fraud transaction..!! | |||
Dear sir, This happened today 21/09/2017, when i got a call from mobile no, [[protected]] where a lady said we are calling from sbi credit card and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of issuing a fresh card and updating my reward points in the new card. I gave the card number and she asked the cvv and argued not to give otp. But i convinced as i got the sms stating reward points have been transferred to the account. When i checked the sms the transaction has already been completed. Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount. Card details : Sbi bank ([[protected]]) Rs.5000.00 was spent on your sbi card no. Ending xx5552 at idea cell-billdesk on 21 sep 17. Remaining credit limit: rs.0.00. Rs.5000.00 was spent on your sbi card no. Ending xx7268 at idea cell-billdesk on 21 sep 17 remaining credit limit: rs.0.00 Rs.5000.00 was spent on your sbi card no.
