Idea Cellular — sim card not showing any network and showing no service

My idea sim card suddenly stopped showing any network. It has been 2 days already and have tried everything from rebooting, changing sim slots to all manual setting and resetting settings but nothing works.
Date of incident: 1st feb 2020.
Phone number: 8681...26
I have tried the below options:
1. Restarting the phone.
2. Switching to airplane mode.
3. Changing the preferences in sim card settings.
4. Resetting the sim card settings.
5. Putting the sim in the same model but different phone.
6 putting the sim in a different model phone.

None of the above options are working.

Updated by Aishwarya1605 Communication was was not to get the SIM activated as the SIM had been activated since more than 7 years. Communication was to visit the nearest Idea store to get the help. I also contacted the customer care and was told to get a new SIM with the same number as the existing SIM has stopped working. They also told me that I will be charged to get a new SIM. But since the SIM stopped working itself why should I be charged to get a new one?
