Hi my name is karim mobh and i had a idea connection with the number [protected]. A week earlier the sim just stopped working ad when we approached the idea office they said the amount for issuing the new sim is 500 inr. I dont believe it, why should i pay when it is not my fault. They say that the sim is damaged. How can the sim get damaged within the phone. The idea representatives are too rude and they literally start screaming on us. This is just a thing where the customer is in need of the sim so they are charging as much as they want. Its not a new connection its the old card and they just need to reissue the new sim card. With that 500 i can have 3 months o[censored]nlimited data and calls with the same carrier. This is insane fees. Please help me out on this

I recharged for Rs 499 which mentions 2 GB data per day, but only 1 GB gets credited to my number. This has happened for the second time with me. Going to discontinue using idea and discourage eveeyone for the same.

Rs 100 was debited from my mobile No.[protected] on 18/03/2019 at 09.33AM for a call to [protected]. I have not made call to such number. How a third party can debit amount without consent of consumer. How can it be prevented?
