[Resolved] Idea Cellular — sim not allowed

Since morning my Idea number was working properly, but all of sudden mobile started showing message SIM NOT ALLOWED. I tried basic steps like: 1. SIM card cleaning. 2. Changing handset. 3. Manual network selection. Nothing worked can you please tell me what has happened to my number services? Please sort out the issue ASAP. I tried calling your customer care but its hopeless.
