Idea Cellular — sim not working no service

My idea sim suddenly stopped working 2 days before.i tried all possible ways 1.choosing network manually
2.resetting network settings
3.phone factory reset
4.tried the sim in other phone.
But all in vain.Tried calling Customer care but no one picked becoz of lock down.its the only sim iam left with.pls help me.
