There is systematic fraud run by idea. I was called by idea marketing representative (Ravi [protected] and sanjay delivery boy no [protected] now both are not received my call) he told me that he is calling from vodafone idea and offer me if i port my postpaid connection to vodafone idea then my billing will be 399 and than i will be get 50gb data for use every month and also get additional cashback 299 every month which can be redeem at online shopping, specially i convinced he said about the strong network having super fast internet after merging with vodafone, and i moved from airtel to idea after talking connection i got my monthly plan is activated as 299/- (Nirvana with 20gb data) (No clarity on that) and there is no extra benefit i have been following up with idea manager to resolve this issue over week now raised but customer support told me there is no 399 plan so they have planned fraud to trick customer... Trust me their network is too poor internet speed is too slow even calling network is also connect after 3-4 time dialed Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Customer,
As per our communication, we've informed you that you've been charged for game service for the given number. Also, as informed send SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset or else you can dial 155223 to deactivate value added service from your account. If still any issue persist, you can contact us on 12345 or 198.
Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-
- Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
- Click on Idea Flash option
- Tap on Activation
- Click on Deactivate
