[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unable to send port message to 1900 | |||
I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||

I am not able to sent port message to 1900 it is saying that message has failed even though i have an active plan. Also i have talked to customer care executive and their senior for 1 hour and have told me wait for 10 minutes that they will call me back but no call back has been made since then. Also first customer care executive told me that my plan has expired but then i told him the exact date of expiry that i have 2 more days of recharge then he changed his statement that it was a technical errror and he has escalated my case to higher authorities but no resolution has been given by them. It is so frustrating and VI has the worst network and customer service.
Idea take new decision that you can send SMS only when you recharge 139 .
It's really worst experience with idea.
