Good afternoon.
I want to submit a very strict complaint against idea for miss-leading their customers by pretending to provide unlimited services, but in reality, they are not offering the same.
I have faced this issue 2-3 times now, when i made an unlimited pack recharge of rs-199 and have not crossed my daily limits as well and still the idea operator says, "you don't have enough balance" kind of message. I want the company to investigate the same and provide me full refund for as many times they made fraud with me. I made a top-up to maintain some account balance but that as well did not happen any rs. 10 recharge amount went-off, when unlimited recharge is active.
This is unacceptable and will be taken very strictly if not sorted.
