[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — upc not getting generated

Im using idea network in Pune and network is horrible can even make a single call or receive any, can make calls only outdoors. Im trying to port to other network and unable to get a upc everytime getting reply like "your mobile number is not configured please contact service provider".
These idea customer care is the most pathetic service i have ever seen none of them have any idea about the issue or resolution they just simply say sorry for inconvenience your issue will be resolved please be patient. I have called them around 50 times regarding this and this issue didnt even move a single inch they just say our technical team is working and you will get a code very soon.
Sometimes they say issue is just resolved and hour back and you will the code tomorrow and this repeats everyday, they are just increasing the resolution dates every time i call them they are the best at telling lies and making false promises.
Having idea network is like having no sim in your mobile cant able to make or receive calls nor any internet. I want to port as soon as possible

As per recent communication, we would like to inform you, that to get the call details for the Idea contact number you can mark an e-mail on [email protected] or else you can send a SMS to get the invoice with the complete details that is for EBILL- EBILL<space>MONTH e.g: EBILL<space>JAN and send it to 12345. If in case your e-mail id is not registered with us we request you to first register your e-mail id by following these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space>e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>xyz@gmail.com. Also, you can register your e-mail id via My Idea App/ Web. However, we are sorry to inform you that we'll be unable to provide you the incoming call details. As only chargeable transactions can be tracked by the operators. Also, you can check your outgoing call, SMS details & account related information in My Idea Application or Website.

I have been credited with 38 rs as against my recharge of 49 rs. That money will will wiped off fully if i i do not use it on specified time.

Request you to kinldy credit the same amount in my main balance
