Idea Cellular — VAS service activated

Dear Sir, I have received below msg on my mobile no [protected]. Your ICandyTV has been activated. Amount charged is Rs 75.00 /- for 15Days. Renewal charge is Rs 75.[protected]@15Days as applicable. To deactivate sms STOP to 155223.http://icandytv.mobivillage.in/siteasync I have contacted to idea regarding this but they are not responding. It's general opinion that Idea activated such VAS service with out consent of consumer.

No the issue has not been resolved yet.
The amount charged for the VAS activation without my consent. The amount should be corrected.

Please do not fool the customer.

There was no telecon with any of your customer service associate and issue has not been resolved.
I am anyways planning to file a legal complain against idea.
