[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — wrong recharge reversal - any options?

Dear sir,

I have recharged for rs. 449/- on 06/08/2018 through paytm app with below reference number.

Ref no: kk[protected]
Wrong mobile number : [protected]
Correct mobile number : [protected]
Date & time of transaction: 08/06/2018 @ 10:54 am.

I have called the customer care to reverse the recharge and transfer the recharge to the correct number. No one is ready to listen and help me in this regard.

Is it always the case that no one will ever make any mistake while recharging or you don't care to resolve such issues?

Please assist.

If i don't get proper response, i might have to approach consumer court to get justice in this case.

I want to reverse my recharge which is wrongly done on [protected]. call on198(Prashant kamte) senior help desk but they denied to help me on that. This is not acceptable from such a big operator who didn't help customer's.
Kindly suggest what I can do??

hello, by mistake I have recharged wrong number. can you please suggest the steps to undo the recharge and recharge to correct number. Also, I tried to reach 112345 customer care number multiple times, but the calling is getting ended with busy .

Today I did a recharge but due to same number it recharged on another number. I did recharge if 599 on [protected] but my number is [protected] . So I was about to do recharge on [protected] but it mistakenly happened on [protected] . And I called call center of idea and went to idea store no help given by them. As well as I did 5 5 times call to toll free they are not internatining i have my transaction I'd . Later I did recharge with 449 on [protected]. But my 600 rs recharge happened mistakenly on another number. How can I get my money back or recharge on another number . Please help me out and get me my recharge back.

I had recharged for rs 179 using Google pay app, by mistake it had been gone to another number, i had tried to contact the customer service for many time but no one responded..

Rs 179.00 debited from your A/c using UPI on[protected]:37:36 and VPA euronetgpay.[protected]@icici credited (UPI Ref No[protected]Federal Bank

My number is [protected]
But the amount of 179 was recharged by mistake on number [protected], kindly take initiative for reversing the recharge amount🙏

Then Why you give top up plans your company is bond to society to give refunds for genuine complaints
