Postpaid connection started in 30/11/2017 mumbai circle

1) requested for postpaid to prepaid conversion on 18/jan/2018, denied stating need to complete 120 days, which was not informed while porting from reliance to idea (Lier idea cellular)

2) converted to 199 combo plan with 100/- discount offer for 5 months from dec.,
Can't you initally tell user about the lower packs available unless user is frustated and threat to disconnect the cards

3) i am shifted to pune for job and completed 120 days of postpaid connection and now again i raise request for conversion to prepaid on to that excuses given by idea executives that our server not working or we do not have sim card (Which is completed trained to discourage customer - idea executive at dhapodi idea gallery)

4) 31st may idea executive called me her mobile no. () and told me to switch to 125/- plan, i denied and requested for conversion to prepaid or disconnect the service

5) june 13 12:38pm - idea gallery executive of kate puram chowk, pimple gurav told that convert to postpaid in pune circle for 90 days and then convert to prepaid

6) june 6 at 12:44 pm, executive told me that i completed 120 days of postpaid so i can convert postpaid to prepaid in pune circle.

7) june 6 at 1:54 pm i talked to executive named zaki sayyed or something and he told me to change circle, port no. And idea gallery will convert it to prepaid on the same day or on bill date but they will consider your request and it is possible to convert from postpaid to prepaid

8) june 6 in evening when i walked down to gallery that it is not possible what zaki sayyed is told (In appropriate knowledge given or what i understand from this, who is the lier telephone executive or gallery executive)
They both started quarrel on phone. (# idea)

9) i asked him to convert to 125/- postpaid plan (With reference to above point 4.) he said it's a corporate plan i said check my company. He told yes i can convert it.

10) june 18 at evening idea store harsh communication at dhapodi said that their network was not working and so they can't convert to other plan today (Second time they did this to me). Most important he told me that i can visit idea head office in pimple saudagar and convert it to prepaid.

11) i called idea executive to confirm what point 10) said 6.49pm he says not possible (Again no proper knowledge or just harrasing customer)

10) june 19, i went to idea gallery of pimpri shastri nagar, their he denied my company is not in idea list and minimum plan is 150/- (So point 9. Is invalid)

Your executive and gallery person say's different where the customer will go for help, you bull# idea. Stop cheating with postpaid customers. You are taking due advantage of postpaid customers. You should be shamed off.

One say's it is possible other say's no what is this? Stop your idea network you are useless.

I do not have any use of idea postpaid connection and i request you to convert to prepaid in pune itself. I am not free to go mumbai for this conversion because of your circle issue (You are free, looting others money without doing any work).

I am regretting my decision of connecting with idea. I am fed up of idea.

Eventhough writing this much i know i am not going to get justice or any satisfactory response. I will always discourage others to take idea prepaid/postpaid connection.

I got 2 consecutive SMS from 51998. One regarding some Television Series info and one about deduction of INR 3.00

I talked with customer care and did not get proper reply. They continue to speak that I consumed Valued added services. However I did not use any.

They are saying that I have dialled one USSD code and hence it get deducted which is wrong. Also they charged my complain code for INR 3.50. They are bound to give answers and can not cut charges for same. Also in between, my call was put on hold for multiple times for which they can not ask for money.

I have accidentally recharged a wrong number ([protected]) of ([protected]) on 16-jan-2018 from paytm prepaid recharge service.

I am looking forward to receive a help regarding refund on this transaction as i already recharge on the correct number.

Hello sir,

I was trying to connect with my family members idea no. Through my airtel no. [protected] but unable to connect. That call was unfortunately connected to some one else not even one time (Tried more than 2 hrs.). I was wondering it just a network issue/call switch or some thing else. It was observed that many time on my no. Not only for idea but other service providers. Some times i fill some one tap/record my calls. I think it should be seriously checked by the idea provider why this is happing.

Sir please suggest me can i do the police complaint against the call tap? I think this is the serious matter need to fix.

I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care, and they say that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. The phone which i am using can support only one game. I. E snake game, it does not have the facility to install the game or app. So i called up idea customer care again but they keep on saying the same again and again that i've bought the game. Didn't get any solution from customer care and refund of my balance and its not helping. Need a solution.

i face problem of internet speed and calling disconnected automatically ! I complaint more time but your customer care say i solved in week and close complaint but really dose not solve it !

Today i went to aditya idea store bodhale nagar nashik. I requested to convert my idea postpaid to idea prepaid, but store officer mrs. Mrunal was not ready to do so she just denied her duty by saying my postpaid i'd is disabled. When i asked her about her senior she said we will not convert your idea postpaid to prepaid. We are having targets. When i called to customer care she started using abusing words and shouted on me that do whatever you can i will not register your request. After one hour she accepted my request only after customer care officer told her from my mobile. But she was not ready to help me and just showing her ego that how dare you to call customer care. Now get your work done from customer care only i will not do it. She treated me worstly ever. I am very disappointed.

I have raised thousands of concerns regarding services about idea network when i was using the same. Without any
Solution to those issues not being bothered to hear the complaints idea disconnected my connection.
I m receiving calls from the telecallers and despite explaining all the issues to them again n again no action has been
Taken.
Even i have conveyed the same issues over whatsapp to one of idea employee but to no avail.
As i have mentioned earlier, i am willing to pay my dues if all my questions are answered by idea and the time and peace
Of mind i have lost should be returned.

I was getting abusive calls from idea representative then i mailed them about the scenario and calls stopped. Now, i am getting threating calls from someone who use to say that he is from karkadooma court and i am going to be arrested, upon asking the reason he states nothing and provides me a number to talk to.

I had discussions with more than 30+ idea executives but no one helped me in this case.

I was recharging (Rs.179) for [protected] from my idea mobile app. Payment got cancelled 3 times with some error message. At last it successfully got recharged. I saw the recharge successful message only once but my recharge history shows that it got recharged twice and by balance got deducted twice. How come my account balance deducted and recharge got successful when i got error message for payment. Please refund my money as soon as possible

I ported from airtel. Airtel network is lost now.. When i inserted idea sim, network is displayed on phone there but i am not able to dial any number including 59059 even to activate my sim.. Problem needs to be resolved asap as i am not able to make/receive any call.. I am stucked without any other option... Even customer care number 121 is not getting connected.

My postpaid idea number was [protected] Maharashtra circle, now I've ported into Reliance Jio due to Idea's SCAM.
Idea cellular is doing some sort of scam to get money easily from its postpaid customers by adding some entry about dialed number 055315, which cannot be dialed and making money like 10 rupees per minute.
I am charged rs 90 unfairly which is very wrong, their customer support is also bad, they don't help you, and they won't take your complaint seriously.
Similar things are happening around to many people (Idea postpaid customers), if you search google only a number 055315 then you will see results that idea cellular is charging for some number 055315 which you cannot dial but they will add it to your postpaid bill and they will add any amount excessively to your regular bill and make money fraudulently. I can bet that this is idea's SCAM number using it Idea is making money. A bill screenshot is attached in support. Its best to have any other operator than Idea because idea also changed my postpaid plan automatically to some plan which they used for charging me higher calling rate while during this time period. Now I have paid excess amount and I have ported into Reliance jio where JioPhone is offering me unlimited calls in only Rs.49 monthly to any network without any condition that idea was imposing on postpaid customers and I am very happy now with reliance JIo.

1) idea mobile number [protected] is used by hon. Consul of bosnia and
Herzegovina.
2) it has been observed that this mobile number is getting numerous
Promotional and unwanted messages (Sms).
3) we have made number of complaints with service provider idea
Cellular ltd to stop this messages. But regrets that these messages are still been received on the above number on daily basis.
4) enclosed herewith the screenshot for your ready reference.
5) these messages are absolutely unuseful and creating a nuisance to hon.

6) this is a very serious issue and we hereby request to please take
Legal action against the service provider and the sender of messages.
Accordingly, fir may be filled and kindly issue us the fir number.

I would like to give you straight details about whats happening and it's serious. My father had already paid all his bill of two idea sims and permanently turned them off, but things did not stop there. Rather the employees began to call us unnecessarily and demanded that we pay our bills. My father explained them as he had already paid it but your staff won't take a no for my father's answer. The next week a staff member called my father and gave a warning that they have already informed police and they will be coming to us. That idea guy even told about a guy some Ad. S.K. Gupta. My father showed our bill receipt to that guy and voila no call no police nothing just another of your little dirty tricks to extort money let me tell you why. We thought the matter has settled but no, some girl call us again and told us we have not paid out bill. Now with little deducing anyone can tell that the money we personally paid to idea was distributed among them. That's right and now they are behaving like they hadn't done ###. I am really furious and agitated. I hope my greivence shall be answered. Apologies if I used something to offend you.

I want to change my postpaid sim in to prepaid again, but your staff is not supporting me, they are just giving several reasons like server problem, or it can be done only at specific date of the month and many others.. They are just giving reasons for everything. I'm using this sim since 10years. If i don't get my sim change to prepaid then i will port it to another network provider! Vodafone is giving it's service at doorsteps and idea is misbehaving with their customers... 😒

I took an idea sim card 1 months ago. Initally the internet worked fine but now the internet is not working properly. I have more than sufficient balance on my phone. Despite having internet range the sim card is not picking up speed. Sometimes it works on 3g speed but then immediately slows down to 2g and then stops working completely. I am really disappointed in idea services.

Stop this inconvenience else i will have no option but to switch to some other service provider. Hope you solve my problem.

I am nayan jain i have apple i phone 8 and i’ve recently ported my number from vodafone to idea.
After that i’ve been charged for some international msgs which i did not send.
It was told to me from idea office that this no. Is from UK

When i told idea customer care about this and asked if any service is activated in my sim for which i am being charged, they told that no service is activated and i am sending those msgs. This is not possible because no notification is being shown in my phone for any such msg. And i dont even know anybody from UK.
Idea customer care then told me to visit apple showroom if any service is activated.

Apple customer care told me that there is a bond between apple and idea that 1 time charge of 5 rs is there for activation of i msg and facetime.
I told this information to idea customer care but they are not ready to take any actions and are telling me that i’ve sent these msgs and i have to pay for it

This is a fraud from ideacellular as they are not even willing to take any actions

I would like to bring you this in notice that someone has taken out all my call details of my idea no. Which is [protected] without my permission and i was unaware of all these things... I also went to your idea store to know that who is involved in all this, they refused to give that details to me. They asked me to register a complaint regarding this to you... So its my request that kindly look into the matter and do the needful as this a very serious concern for me.

I m live in village here only 3g coverage not 4g coverage here. I m geting very poor internet speed in 3g. Geting speed like 1g and 2g not geting 3g speed. Getting 3g speed in night after 12:00am.in a day very poor speed. I m facing this problem above 6 month i m doing many calls of customer care but nothing happened now. 25km to 26km area its a big village but here only idea 3g coverage and nearest village barjhar (Nayapura) above 12km idea 4g coverage there but why idea 4g coverage not here. Where jio 4g is also the idea 4g. Here not jio 4g coverage so also idea 4g not here. But why idea cellular do that. I m recentaly doing complaint about slow internet speed and idea 4g coverage. My complaint was closed but issue not solved. I m not satisfied idea cellular service.

Hello sir/madam,

In our area a mobile tower is installed on rooftop of the 2 story building beside our society which is 7 story. We have discussed with the land owner, also complained to municipal corporation regarding the same. But no action was taken.
We have raised several complaints against it without any proper justification the complaints were closed complaint no. W27159, w26898, w26410

On that mobile tower almost 25 transmitters flitted it seems if no action was taken it will be very harmful for the people living nearby. Please ask your officer to visit this is illegal. No govt. Rules followed, it is built on 20 ft away from the society area.

We are requesting you for the help from you sir.

I had recharged of ₹299 unlimited pack through the idea app two days ago.Today by mistake I recharged again of ₹199 unlimited pack on the app itself.I would like to keep the ₹299 recharge as i want the 3gb per day benefit and i would like to know if its possible for a refund of ₹199 to my bank of India account which is linked in the app.
