Hi,

My name is rajul maru & my mobile no. Is +[protected] which is idea connection i would like to inform you that from last 10 days i am suffering from heavy network issue no one network is shown in my cellphone not only in my cellphone but i have 2 more connection on idea which is having same problem

No call is incoming or i can not do outgoing calls. I can't understand what is wrong with us. Is there is any problem in idea connection because i have done recharge of around rs.500 for 3 months unlimited plan but i can not find worthwhile without network.

I am telling you in a serious note if this problem still exist for 1 more day defiantly i will port my all 3 idea connection to any other service provider. If you can not provide guaranteed service than how can you expect large market share?

And if i will port my no. To other service provider than i want my last recharge money back... Everyone is messaging me on whatsapp (Connected through wifi) that your call is unavailable. I want urgent solution for my problem...

    Today, i've recharged a 75₹ pack with 300 minutes for 28 days on [protected]. I got 300 minutes as expected.

    Later i did a 10 seconds call just check seconds or minutes would be deducted, and guess what 1 minute have deducted just for 10 seconds.

    Question is company like idea if offers something then why just can't they fulfill in real?

    Also about this, no where is written where customer can know about its terms and conditions. Their customer care gives falsified information including senior department.

    They simply don't care to tell customers about their packs and plans.

    I don't need any favour, i just wanted to express myself so i do.

    Porting is an only option just to stay away from fake company where they don't respect customers except their own made policy which they only knew in reality.

    Thanks for giving such bad experience once again

    For your kind information, you can the screenshot of pack on your website idea cellular which i activated, you can see no where is written that you will be charged per minute if you used either 2 seconds or 1minute.

    Simple, you deserves to loose a customer, bcoz you thinked customer is fool.

      Hi all
      My name is pratik g bharati i use to use idea number [protected],
      In the month of jan i requested for port option and my bill was 550 rs and i have made bill payment of 600 rs, to be specfic my plan was 499 plan with no roming charges,
      I was in chennai and suddenly my nuber got ported to airtel i have started using airtel number, but i recieved a mail next month in the month of march idea bill of 1943 rs???
      They have charged me roming charges of 943 rs.
      After so many followups with idea payment guys i refused to pay and they asked me to pay the amount of 1200 rs,
      And on[protected] i have made payment of 1200 rs.

      Now today on[protected] i got the call from delhi number :[protected] on true caller its mentioned as delhi court, asking me to remaning 743 rs, and they thertened me to file the ase in the court.
      I said i will fight legealy, for this they said ok,... But now they are calling my friends and relatives and asking that i have nit paid my bill they are filing a case against me for 25, 000 rs.

      Is this the way legal depeartement works.
      I will not pay a single rs let me spend any amount i will file a harshment case against them,
      And more over i have all the screen shots payment details my bills,
      And call recordings of the persons who spoke with me.

      Kindly let me know how shall i take it forward.

        My number - [protected] was barred on june 5 because of over usage of data pack, about which i did not get any information, either via sms or mail. However, i went an paid the money for the bill personally at an idea store in panchkula, sector 11 on june 6 morning. And i was assured that my number would work in next half hour. Since then, i have written numerous mails (From email ids: jaspreet. [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com) to customercare, made calls to customer care, but to no avail. My number is still barred. I was told by customer care that i have to go and submit aadhar proof again at the store, but when i went to the store again, they refused to take it, saying it is not needed. For a customer of more than 10 years, is this how idea is going to behave? Despite paying money my number is barred. Give me one good reason why i should not sue the company for harrasment?

          I ported my idea postpaid to idea prepaid on 21st april 2018. The bill cycle is 15-15 of every month. The "internet usage charges" seems to be fishy (Please have a look in the screenshots). Now for 6 days of pro-rata usage idea has given me a bill off 709/- in which they have charged 500/- for the usage of pack 2033_hh_1 gb pack which i never activated and they say i overused it. How can i overuse the data when i have 1 gb/day pack and above that another 1gb booster pack in case my data finishes for the day. Even if data finishes my speed goes down to 40 kbps. I am being called everyday to pay the bill but nobody has called me to explain this why this charge has been added in my bill. Even my mail on [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com mail id has not received a single reply. The 500/- charged on my plan is not legitimate and if idea is ready to waive off that unnecessary charge i am ready to pay the rest of the amount instantly

            I have called the customer care to reverse the recharge and transfer the recharge to the correct number. No one is ready to listen...

                I get 3 to 4 calls every day, from idea to port my no. to idea. I earlier had idea as my service provider, but I was cheated, by giving me a different plan, than I agreed to.I even have the recordings of the conversation in which I am told by Idea Employee about my plan details after i called idea customer service centre.I even have the bills for the following month which are clearly absoluetly differnt than what i opted for.
                Following my filing a complaint, I was not given a refund and was harrassed in exchange, so i paid my "extra" dues and ported my no. to airtel. I have this conversation with idea employees on the email {[protected]@gmail.com}, where i have send them my recorded conversation on idea toll free no. and my bill there after, and instead of giving me my refund i was given an ultimatum.
                I requested that thereforth all conversatrion shoud be on email, amd not on phone, so i have records. But i was continuously harassed by phone calls.
                Even though I have left Idea service provider for good, and I am registered on Do Not Disturb, I get 3 to 4 calls everyday, from people offering me a cheaper plan on idea. I have sent several emails to idea customer care to stop calling me, to no avail, and i have recieved no reply.
                The emplyeed calling me are even misbehaved, as when i ask their names, they start arguing.

                This incident happened today on 7 june 2018. i got a call from no.[protected] at round 3:15 pm. This was the third call since morning from idea . I asked the employee(female), that i dont want idea connection, but please help with not getting any more calls from you . She turned extremely rude and said "sir hum to bas apna kaam kar rahe hai, apko nahi chahiye to mat lo, phone to aate rahenge ". I asked to be connected to her senior, she handed over the phone to a male, without asking anything, i just asked his name. he said, sir if you don't want calls from us register on dnd. I again asked his name very politely, he said "aapko call nahi chahiye to dnd pe register karo, mujhe tang kyun kar rahe ho". after this i asked his name very politely for the third time and that is when he just dissconected the phone.
                This harassment of highest order, whether i am at work, or anywhere i am being bugged by these highly rude and misbehaved people, atleast 4 times a day since past one month.
                Please I am making it very clear, I know you will not refund my money, I dont want any kind of calls from Idea Cellular Network, ever.

                    Costumer care not properly responding my complain.. Costumer care person never take any action and give me satisfy answer... He said to me not my fault no any option for this problem... You call wrongly recharge person and request to take my recharge back for same amount

                    This no is switch off and not is working condition so please revert my money back...
                    Because all phone company not any action taken to this type of problem...

                      I am to port out by using 1900 in the standard method mentioned by using PORT space followed by number. The message fails to send but messages to other people goes. So it looks as if the number, in Maharashtra circle of idea has been blocked by the services provider for using 1900

                          I am using idea network from last 2 months and facing connection issues from the day I got connected with idea network.I have registered many complaints regarding the connection issues but without solving the customer problem the registered complaint is resolved automatically by their customer executives.Such companies don't care about their customers.Its similar like a scam from which they make money with fooling their customers.I have visited 3 idea stores in a day to resolve my queries regarding a postpaid plan which was not solved by customer care

                          One of the worst service provider for their users is IDEA.

                              I had converted my idea prepaid to postpaid around the time, jio had come into the market, on request of idea personnel. They had called me to change from prepaid to postpaid. I chose a plan for rs 399/- per month with unlimited calling, sms and 1 gb data per day. Except for the first month, my bills came exceeding rs 600 in the consecutive months. Upon looking at the bills, i found vas charges to have been added amounting to rs 150 every month and between the month i got sms alerting me that vas and other additional charges were being applied and that i could sms stop to stop them. This continued for the rest of the months and vas charges were always deducted and the bill amounts never were below rs 600. I am a student and honestly, it became too expensive for me to continue on this plan so i called up idea maharashtra to change my plan back to pre paid and they told me that they did not know who had called me up for changing my plan from prepaid to postpaid in the first place, the number that i had gotten a call from was not even registered from maharashtra but was from kota, rjasthan and was a female employee who spoke to me then. On repeated requests to change my plan and to port this number were denied as i had not paid my bill for two months as the charges for the bills kept on increasing till the point my number was blocked from idea itself. Now that thee number is inactive, idea cellular is asking for bill payment and giving threatening messages to my family that legal action will be taken. If i had paid for a plan for rs 399 then the bill should come to a figure around it not rs 200- 300 more than what they stated in the first place this is making the customer a fool and deceiving me to take more money via hidden charges. These days i have a jio number with a similar postpaid plan and not once have i incurred extra charges than what is mentioned in the plan. As a student, it has been very financially draining for me to keep paying exuberant bills that i have not used that much amount for. Highly disappointed to see such devious and deceitful behavior by idea cellular. Now even if i have to repay my bills i cannot access idea forum as my inactive number is not registered with idea anymore and i do not have account id with me either.

                                I am using idea corporate number ([protected]) with postpaid plan of 99rs.
                                Bill was generated of 241 rs. I want reason why...?

                                7-8 times i have faced excess billing and network issue every time i call to customer care. They always assure me to get this problem resolve.

                                But now its enough i want to change my network provider or i want to change this postpaid connection in to prepaid.

                                  I am facing issues with all incoming services like call and sms.
                                  I am not getting any incoming call and sms. Whenever someone calls me, he/she is notified that i am out of covergae area.
                                  I am in full network area and have no problem in making any call. It is just problem with incoming.

                                  I have already talked with customer support executive an i was asked to wait.

                                    I am not liable to any payment to idea. It was happened due to Idea 's worst service and support.

                                    Please tell me the answers which i have asked several times over email and phone call as well.

                                    Idea services were not up to mark between Jan-18 to March-18 and there were more than 16 complaints raised and none of the resolution was provided by idea.You can find my lots of emails regarding Idea's worst and pathetic service or you have to be in touch with your customer care team.Your customer team has closed all the tickets neither my consent nor any solution provided.

                                    I already told earlier that i am unable to pay any outstanding to Idea. for that i have already informed to consumer body for this problems.

                                    Apart from this, Idea had suggested following steps however no improvement seen for said problem.:- -New SIM card been taken & I had changed two handsets

                                    -Who is going to bear expense for new handset which i bought & other service provider charges because due to Idea's network problem ?

                                    - When does Idea compensate this expense ?

                                    Note: My feedback for Idea is, very very poor (0/10).

                                    Now onwards please do not send any email or any notification to me for payment.

                                    I really don't understand Idea 's culture. I am talking about from Jan-18 to March-18 not only for a single complain.Please refer the list of complaints which were raised for our problem.I clearly remember that there were more than 16 tickets. No resolution was provided for raised tickets and all had been closed with my due agreement. Even i told to Idea people/customer care that problem is not resolved however they closed all.

                                    Till the time I didn't get any reply from asked questions. i will not pay any single rupee to idea and Idea and idea people is responsible for this problem because they never understand customer's problem and queries and due to that we have bare a lot in terms of money as well.

                                    Will you please check the reason behind this problem ? why are not looking at your problem ? Why are you telling to customer regarding payment due ?

                                    I won't attend this unless and until i get all my answers.I don't want this number: [protected] already I confirmed from my end long back

                                    Idea Cellular (Aditya Birla Group) is out there now to levy charges using unethical means and least bothered about clients loyalty . I think since they have lost out to JIO due to their customer friendly packs, they are using all kinds o[censored]nethical means. (cheating on clients) that too who have been associated since past several years with multiple nos . Last month I was billed 800 Rs stating I have used internet . After much deliberation they said the data pack was on hence I was charged whereas I never opted for the data plan . Post which they said they shall give 300 Rs discount and I have to pay balance which I relentlessly agreed as I did not wish to drag on . However they betrayed the confidence shown on them by adding that discounted amount in this months bill stating this was this months usage, whereas their manager had told that he has immediately discontinued the data service on my escalation .
                                    It is a real blot in the name of Aditya Birla . I shall disconnect all my number from Idea and also ask my organisation which has corporate connection of idea to move to other service provider .
                                    Aditya Birla is worst .

                                      I have upgraded my sim to idea 4g now i am able to send messages succesfully but i am not able to receive any message. I have tried a lot and talked about this with customer care but there is no help. Please resolve my problem. For me it is really important to receive sms on my phone. I have many bank accounts linked to this phone so all the otps are sent on this number and i am not able to receive any text message. My Mobile number-[protected]
