Idea — Fraudulently over charging, misbehaviour and disrupted services without any notice

I had been using idea postpaid connection on my mobile No. [protected]. A plan worth Rs.399/- was activated on this number. I was using this connection for making calls and I used its free data only for emergency situations as I have wifi at both my home and workplace. But the company charged me for Rs.5023.40 for the month of March 2015. On enquiring they told me that I was charged this much because o[censored]sing internet connection from 22/3/2015 to 31/3/2015. But the fact is that I have unlimited wi-fi data both at home and office and because of closing I was too busy that I was not even able to take calls properly. Moreover the company did neither inform me nor ask me if I wanted to continue using their services upto this ridiculously high amount when I had opted for a Rs.399/- plan. When I talked to their officials regarding this then they advised me to apply for 50% waiver which I accepted. And one female employee told me that she had lodged my request for waiver and I will get the message when it will be allowed to me. But on the same day i.e. 23/04/2015 another male official called me when I was at work and he simply started shouting and using rude comments like defaulter etc against me. He did not listen to what I had to say or enquire and just tried to convince me dominantly that the bill was right and I was not willing to pay it deliberately. Later another female official called me enquiring about the bill and I told her that I had applied for waiver and will pay the rest of the amount once I get a confirmation message. It was only then that I was explained that I need to pay atleast Rs.2000/- first in order to get the waiver approved. So I paid a sum of Rs.2000/- on 27/04/2015. After this payment I received another call from their officials saying dat they need my permission to stop internet services for this number temporarily in order to process the waiver. So I agreed to it. But later on they stopped all incomings to my mobile along with the internet services for which they did not even inform me. Even after paying the rest of the amount Rs.1210/- they did not activate my nimber. I was unable to use my internet banking services because of this. And as I was using this number for past 10 years it has made my contacts suffer. The company officials were not at all co-operative. They have made me suffer for no fault of mine. And on 23/04/2015 the senior official named Sameer or Sudhir has misbehaved with me. I want an immediate action against the erring officials and to activate my mobile number as I had been using this number for so long.

I have filed this complaint only after being disappointed by Khanna centre of the company. They told me to wait till 2nd June till the billing cycle is complete. They told me to be present in their office on 2nd June. I had to take an early off from the office and then they said that they have some issues and it could not be done. Till date no company representative has contacted me. I would really appreciate an early resolution. Because the company has already made me suffer a lot. Otherwise I will take a legal action against the company and the erring official.
