[Resolved] idea payment — Credit card transactions in the name of idea payment | |||
Hi, I received a call for crediting my Citi bank credit card points and thus shared some information with the calling persons. Later, I came to know that the payment is credited to merchant named IDEA PAYMENT. There are 4 transactions of RS 4800 each credited to IDEA PAYMENT on 1-Feb-2017. Mar 13, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The company never called or emailed me regarding the issue. Moreover, I was the one who provided the contact information many times so that they could contact me but they never called.
