[Resolved] Idea — sim card is not working | |
I recently ported my phone number from airtel to idea, and after receiving message from idea on my alternate number that my sim has been activated the network on airtel vanished as it was supposed to, but my new sim is unable to connect to any idea network, it gives an error saying cannot connect to the cellular network, so now both my sim cards are not active and i tried explaining this issue to idea customer care executive and all they say is call on 59059.If i don't have any signal on my phone and I'm unable to connect to the network how am i supposed to call 59059? they have wasted huge amount of time and are incompetent in understanding very basic problem and have not given me a solution yet. My sim is postpaid and recently ported from airtel to idea.
