I am here to inform you that I have booked a ielts slot on 7th March 2023 for pen and paper based ielts test for 25th March 2023 the amount has been deducted from my account but the slot has not booked but the amount 15500 INR has been deducted from my account I have paid the amount through phone pe UPI and below are the transaction details .

I have booked for IELTS Test yesterday, i.e., Feb 11th, 2023 for Feb 19th, 2023 and amount got deduct from my credit card but I haven't received any confirmation email or sms from IELTS IDP.
