I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with regard to my IELTS test booking. I booked a test slot for March 18th, 2023 at Vijayawada and made the payment for the same on March 11th, 2023. I have not received any confirmation mail or message from their side, which has caused me great concern and anxiety.

Despite making the payment, it was not reflected that my slot was confirmed. This has left me in a very precarious situation, as the exam is scheduled in just three days, and I have not received any communication from your end regarding my booking status.

      Idp Ielts regarding slot not booked after the payment was successful

      Hello respected sir / mam.
      I am here to inform you that I have booked a ielts slot on 7th March 2023 for pen and paper based ielts test for 25th March 2023 the amount has been deducted from my account but the slot has not booked but the amount 15500 INR has been deducted from my account I have paid the amount through phone pe UPI and below are the transaction details .

        I had booked my exam on 15.02.2023 and I was expecting that I would get my speaking test venue on mail/SMS (what usually people expect and what usually happens) but I got the mail on 13.02.2023 3:0 pm that my test has been scheduled on 13.02.2023 2:40 pm. When I called the customer care, they say that you should have checked the portal because their mailing system was down. After paying 15000rs and booking the exam 15 days before, should I go to the portal everyday for checking the speaking test details? This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the acknowledgement mail. It's not student's fault that the idp is not competent enough to handle their systems. And for rescheduling the exam, they charge another 3000rs. Why would I pay 15000rs before and then pay 3000 more for no fault of my own. Please provide a solution for this @idpindia.

              On 12 Feb 2023 I have booked for my ilets test which is going to be conducted on 25 feb 2023 payment is done but didn't received any email or sms so far

                            I have booked for my IELTS general test yesterday i.e., Feb 11, 2023 for Feb 19, 2023 and my amount got deducts from my credit card, but I haven't received any confirmation over email or sms. I tried reaching out to toll free number, it says no test is booked for given passport number. I request for refund of 15, 650 back to my credit card. Attaching the details of the transaction.

                            Reached out the IDP Enquiry center and they resolved the issue

                            How many days taken for the refund for process
                            In my scenario test got booked successfully but I havent received the confirmation mail. So they helped me to get the login credentials by clicking on forget username and post geting username clicked on forget password to get credentials

                              Payment done but didn't received email confirmation

                              Hi All,

                              I have booked for IELTS Test yesterday, i.e., Feb 11th, 2023 for Feb 19th, 2023 and amount got deduct from my credit card but I haven't received any confirmation email or sms from IELTS IDP. Tried reaching out to IELTS IDP helpline number, It says no test had been registered for given passport number. I request for refund of 15650 back to my credit, so that I can plan to book it again.
