Idp Ielts — Money Deducted from credit card but booking not confirmed

Hello, I am making this complaint against IDP ILETS to whom I paid Rs.10, 550 online through my credit card on 30th June 2015 towards the booking of a slot for the IELTS exam on July 11th 2015. All details were entered correctly & everything went smooth. The problem is that the money has been deducted on 30th June 2015, but the booking is not yet confirmed. In fact there's no booking on my passport no. M7688004 as per IDP IELTS information. I called & emailed them several times & each time I call them they asked me for the statement reflecting the amount, transaction number & a scan of my passport which I did send several times. I called my bank & it shows them that the transaction has successfully happened with Rs.10550 debiting from my account. I just want my booking confirmed or my money refunded at the very soonest. This is like cheating the test takers for no reason. Regards.
