I worked with this organization for 19 months (EMP ID: T24849 19 April 2010 to 9 September 2011). I served there sincerely for the whole period without any violation of their rules. HR Brajesh sir (DEHRADUN) is not providing my ESIC CARD and is not ready to revert on mail for my employment period confirmation. Although as proof i have my joining letter and salary slips of all the months needed. If IENERGIZER will not confirm my wokring period, I will loose my current job.

I am writing to request a relieving letter (E-code - T168479 ) from Ienergizer where I was employed as Customer support executive from[protected] to 1-7-2021. I left from the company due to medical emergency in my family.

I am very disappointed to inform you that I am struggling since last 4 months to get my experience letter and salary slip.

I have visited office many times and met HR many times but they are not doing anything. Every time they are giving different reasons to avoid the work.

When I visited for the first time after resignation, HR ( Nitin) asked to wait for 45 days. After 45 days when I reached there, he again told me that they will do F&F over the email and you have to pay some amount even though I have spend more then 3 years in IE. i was not able to serve notice period of 3-4 days because my grandma passed away when I was working in office.

Still I agreed to pay amount and visit there, he again told that they will do it on email. I left the office with empty hand.

Now they are saying, your system was not submitted. I had submitted my system when I was coming back to office. That was strict guideline from management that everyone must have to submit the system once WFH get over. I followed the guidelines.

My system ( CPU, Keyboard, UPS, Mouse) was submitted and I worked around 6-8 month from office.

When I submitted my ID card, it was confirmed that nothing is left on your side too. I don’t understand what should I do.

I tried each and everything from my side. I request you, please look into this and do needful.

Hi, my name is Yash and this complaint is regarding the (B-148 Sector-10, Noida-201301). I have worked with ienergizer (emp id — T234549) from 14 Feb - to 30 Apr 2023. According to the company’s policies, employees have not to use abusive language and sarcastic language to customer, if they will, it will be considered in ztp policy. i apologize for it that i did this mistake, but is it means that they will not pay my 30 days salary? I belong to a middle class family and have some responsibilities. I take my own job responsibilities & it takes time and travel expenses. I am not demanding anything else, I just need justice and my money which is due from the organization. Please don’t break my faith and kindly address this issue as appropriate. I shall be highly obliged to you for this act of kindness.
