Hi sir,
this is bhupendra singh from gwalior i have purchased this product from flipkart.it appears that i have taken a wrong decision.problemis that this product was tearing the cloths so i register the complait previously.for this the company changed DRUM of my machine but from this does not resolves the problem the same problem still exist with the machine as well as machine is not cleaning the cloths well. please tell me what is the purpose for me to purchase a machine that is Not cleaning the cloths and also tearing them.
the machine is still in the warrenty and this time i want that company should replace this product all other things proves illogical now. i have gone though sadness and feels like cheated by your product. company now should now take appropriate action as i have requested now
