My well-wisher/friend, Mr Sonu sharma, lives in Buxar, near Patna, Bihar. On October 29, 2023, he purchased an IFB 9KG AI powered eco inverter washing machine from Flipkart with the order ID OD[protected] and the IMEI/Serial No: [protected] 03T9. We did not receive a proper demonstration of the washing machine, and it did not work the next day.
We have made several complaints to the customer service team in the last 45 days since receiving the machine and ref ticket no( Your IFB Ticket no- [protected]) & Your Ticket [protected] . However, there has been no response to my complaint as of yet. ( all the above tickets are closed with attending the problem)
This is the one of the poorest customer services given by IFB in ever. Because even after 45 days the above tickets are not attended.
In fact, I have paid two EMIs without using the machine. And I'm losing the machine's warranty because I'm not using it.
In this regard, I respectfully request that the washing machine problem be addressed as soon as possible.
IFB Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

The customer service/operations head ABHISHEK DEB has been proven to be MOST UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT. We are hoping the FOUNDER of IFB who has received our mails, will take CORRECTIVE ACTION without ANY FURTHER DELAY!
