We bought Senator VXS 8 kg Front washing machine in October 2021 and in January 2022 it started giving burning smell from back of the machine and all shocks on the machine body.

With service technicians come inn he said the motor is faulty and cannot take the load and needs to be replaced.

I was really surprise, I bought IFB brand with great confidence as it will work more than 10 years with out any trouble...

Hi,

I have purchased IFB Eva Aqua VX 5years back. Few days back machine made big noise and stopped. Registered a complaint with IFB customer care support they sent a service engineer. He said the drum needs to be replaced and it costs Rs.11000/-. This looks too expensive for replacing the drum. Request you to let me know if this is the approved cost of replacing the part by ifb?...

We had purchased an IFB TL-RDW 6.5 KG AQUA washing machine back in 2018. Suddenly, in December of 2021, the machine started showcasing multiple problems. Our IFB front load washing machine suddenly caught fire while it was operational.
Luckily we put out the fire before it could spread to other parts of the home. This is a really serious issue and one can think of the consequences if we had left the machine running and went out for a while.
The electronics and the front panel were completely burnt and the machine is clearly beyond repair.

Poor response service team, spare part team and customer care.

I raise a call for system (washing machine) not working dated on 9.12.21. Local service engg visited and confirmed that pcb not working. I told to replace it with new. Ifb personal visited my home in connection with a service complaint of a washing machine. The receipt of which is attached herewith for your reference. Service charge of rs 590 was paid to him for a single visit which he acknowledged ifb tkt no [protected] dated 20/12/2021, issued in the name of Hadwika Associates on a receipt bearing ifb industries limited.

Dear Sir,

Please note that I had purchased a IFB Washing Machine Senorita AWXS 6.5Kg F/L/T in June 2019 from IFB Point Chennai, India.

It is just about 2 years and the machine is giving huge noise while running.

There is also the issue of hot water vapors coming through the detergent pouring box and unable to use any spin or normal mixed solid mode during washing.

Hi Sir/Madam, I bought a dishwasher recently in dec-2020 and got installed around Jan-2021 that to after lots of follow up, now dishwasher is not working as expected as detergent not getting fully diluted and even after complete cycle there is detergent in detergent section and on utensils and I had complained about the same and further one of executive came and shared there is a salt setting issue there and he fixed it however out of curiosity...

I have IFB washing machine senorita aqua sx 1000 rpm.
I have annual AMC coverage without without Rubber and Plastic parts.

My machine faced problems so I called customer care.
Technician visited and asked shock absorber is not working and need to replace.
He asked me to provide 2200 for shock absorber. It will not come under AMC.

Could you please provide me spare parts details...

I own a IFB Senorita SX 6kg 1000rpm. I bought it in May 2013. It has been running well since then. Today I put in some clothes to wash inside the machine at 10:30 am. The door was perfectly intact then.

Then I went back at 12:30 am to add some more clothes before I could start wash cycle and found that a big chunk of glass was missing. And a crack in corner. Later to find that glass has broken and fell inside the wash drum....

On 1st july 2020 my ifb microwave (23sc3) stopped working and i was told that the magnetron needs replacing. The manager at the ifb service partner 'aparaa enterprises' in bangalore asked me to take the amc and i wouldn't have to worry for the next 1 year regarding any service or part replacement issues.
I specifically asked him if all service related work and all parts would be covered under this amc and he confirmed....

I want to complaint ob ifb washing machine services, bangalore. We have purchased amc for my ifb washing machine by paying around 1800rupees and 450 rupees for water coil.. Later my washing machine got repaired and we contacted ifb for their help to fix the issue in the month of april 2020. During lockdown, ifb service guys came almost 10days to check the problem and spoiled my house and went without fixing the problem....

We have lodged a complaint on 7/6/2020 via ticket number [protected] as front door of the washing Machine is not getting locked properly. So it's showing some error and it's not starting. The service personal visited the house today and he charged Rs.3195/- (please verify the bill attached) for changing the gasket for the door.
