IFB Industries — Detergent not taking for washing/ delay in completing all programs / washing machine auto selecting washing programs

Hey,
Issue with IFB washing machine, within 7 days - washing machine drum got damaged and damaged multiple set of dresses.
However, machine got replaced after 2-3 weeks.

Now recently, washing is completing with long delay than mentioned time / no comfort/fabric conditioner is taking. Its been 1.5 months since made the complaint but no resolution yet. Service center guy mentioned board need to replace but not yet available

Resolution : Refund is highly appreciated since I understood there is no use of IFB warranty, (IFB never cares for issue, only focused in selling)
