Extremely disappointed with after care. Warranty is for 2 years Dishwasher used with varying frequency. Sometimes not for months and then for months. 5 months after warranty runs out, dishes not cleaning as well. Customer care called and technician sent out. Says it is a circulation pump issue and pump will need to be replaced although cost will be less if we get maintenance contract and wait 45 days, because then we won't have to pay for replacement pump as part of the maintenance cover.
He hasn't even looked at the circulation pump or tried simple fix . A circulation pump should not be failing after two years . What is worse is that after he leaves, there is water leakage every where, and the machine, which was previously not leaking is now leaking even though the machine is not running. Same technician comes back the following day and "fixed" the leak and says machine is running fine now. We run the machine
Plates come out still a bit dirty, but there is now a leak coming from the machine when it runs.
We try ringing customer care which says that complaint is being escalated but no technician comes out ( we have lost faith in first one). Customer care keeps hanging up on us.

Why would you spend your hard earned rupees on this poor quality company?
