Overcharged by IFB service engineer for front load washing machine suspension replacement - IFB service engineer charged Rs 3880 plus Rs. 590 for the replacement of suspension unit. However the price for this part is in the range of Rs 1000 only. This clearly shows that IFB industries service department overcharged me for the part replaced and cheated me for the part replacement. My complaint for repair of Front load washing machine is [protected] dated 10th August. I am in Noida, sector 45, Amrapali Saphire. There is no positive response from service center and the CCO Mr Shivam and Manager Mr Hitesh is not responding on the issue. As per mechanic, Rakesh, spare parts are not available.
