I have purchased IFB Washing Machine from Croma and I complained for repairing to Croma and IFB both but after 4 or 5 days IFB company taken our complaint and assigned to Mr. Vikas- Mobile No. is [protected].

My wife got call from him on 13 April 2023 for repairing washing machine and after that decided that he will come around 6:00 PM for repairing the machine. But he did not reached and after one hour I called to him that why you did not come then he abuse me my mother and my sister and cut the phone.

This is very unprofessional behaviour from his side and we cant aspect that these types of behave I am facing after purchase a product from Croma and IFB.

I request that Kindly take necessary action against him.

    We had purchased a IFB dish washer appliance recently and got and issue, raised complaint with IFB tkt no:[protected] on 03/April/2023. Till now no action was taken on that tkt. Previously also raised complaints from IFB store itself, but no action. After sales service of IFB too worst.
    Almost 3 months back I purchased this appliance and I hardly used it to due to recurring issues and getting service is to hard from IFB.

      I have IFB washing machine, paid AMC also. The machine gives E1 error as soon as switch on though the door is closed. After so many times call, a technician was sent, he lifted the door little bit up and close it then the machine ran. in between if power cut happends the door automatically gets open again gives E1 error. this time not at all closing though we did as technician suggested. this time again so many time call to IFB service center. finally technician came and suggested that the door should be replaced but that will not be covered in AMC, I said ok, place order I will pay for it. I again asked temporary fix if they can do. they said sending technician. still waiting but no technician waiting. just look at the incident for E1 issue has been continuing for a month still it is not resolved . in first visit itself they figured out the issue but no solutions provided. at lease they could provide temporary solution like adjusting door or could see why lock is not holding, not at all analying the issue . simply coming and going, so asked the AMC back. the person in local service center says check with IFB company not with service center. Kindly look into the issue.

      This is not only the issue. though you pay AMC, they do not considered about it. Every time we have to beg them to resolve the issue

        I have raised complaint for my AC servicing on 15th Mar'23 with the complaint no. of [protected] for which technician can but problem not resolved & he closed the ticket & again asked to raised for which again complaint raised on 28th Mar'23 with the ticket no. of [protected] which is closed without even visit. Again talked to customer care & he raised again new ticket on 2nd Apr'23 with the ticket no. of [protected]. Surprising with the continuous follow up with customer care this ticket is again closed without visit. I am very much fed up with the system & mentally got harassed.
        I want justice for both my financial as well as metal tension as its warranty got expired after 14th or 15th April'23 tentative.

          I have paid amount on Nov'2022 to a technician from Akshara Enterprise, siddipet, for one year AMC, and got receipt for same.
          However same was not updated in online of IFB,
          Recently my washing machine got damaged and need drum replacement, but the technician was insisted that it was not under warranty, hence the replacement is chargeable. I shown him the receipt of AMC payment but his was telling it must be come in online then only we will accept it for free service.
          Last one month machine was not working. After paying for AMC also I had to suffer. I was keep on calling to customer care but no one giving proper resolution and keep on dragging.

              I has been a customer of IFB with front load washing machine since 5 years 2 months back i got a problem and registered a complaint for that the technician had a visit and told that bearing are lost it would be covered under one year extended AMC warranty. No replacement done, we called the service center for more than 5 times in last 2 months everytime they are saying we will send person tomorrow sir !! infact many tomorrows gone no one came untill now . this how ifb behave with customers who had warranty ? if i am out of warrenty they would have visted n number of times to make a business !! please resolve the issue .. i enclose details in below

                IFB washing machine noise while drum is rotating

                I have registered a complaint for repairing IFB Senorita vx 6.5 washing machine as there was some abnormal nosie while the drum is rotating. The technician visited and asked me to change the drum and the cost they said is 7900+ service charges +transportation charges (1000 in case bearing needs to be changed). This looks too expensive and when I connected with IFB customer care they said the drum cost is[protected]. Please let me know the...

                  I called them today morning at 11:09 am.

                      IFB person came for general check up, he opened everything and cut wires and all even though there is no problem. He did not fixed the wires and water pipes correctly, mentioned as it is night he told he will come next day morning. But did not showed up.
                      I tried calling that person Rakesh - [protected] but did not picked the call.
                      The worst part was I tried calling the customer care number - [protected] and their response is worst.
                      Tried calling the other numbers [protected] & [protected] but some bot answered it but I did not received any call back after that

                        Hi,

                        I was under AMC period till 2nd January 2023. I was regularly complaining about the jerking/shivering of machine even after replacing the shock absorbers and sound from water injector. Due to the negligence from service center employee it was not addressed. He was examined the machine under AMC period and but could not find any faults. Due to this I dropped the plan of continuing AMC.

                        Now I heard a sound while spinning the drum. I asked the service center to get the AMC from 21.03.2023. The same technician came and examined and suggested replacement of drum. It will cost Rs:6500.
                        He again asked me to take AMC since I was not informed the service center about the complaint but only about AMC. He even told about that he cannot guarantee since i am not willing to take AMC.

                        I need a proper explanation why the service person neglecting my warnings under AMC. This cost me 6500 rupees since it is out of AMC for a month.

                          I would like to report pathetic and Fraudulent Customer Care service from IFB and as always!

                          How pathetic can it get after getting an appliance from IFB and asking for a Service, IFB sets a new low record just for this.

                          I have been consistently reporting for a Service, through an authorized service whats app channel which [protected] you have given to me,
                          After reporting through this channel I only see fraudulent services given to me.
                          • First some 3rd party came to service my above machine [I wonder how IFB whatsapp channel leaked my details]
                          • Second an authorized personnel with ID card came in, I requested for AMC. I made Payment he gave manual receipt - 7673
                          Additional services were requested, he said he will come with parts next day, he is gone and not reachable after that
                          • Tried to raise a new complaint and I see that my account is hacked, it says My customer details not available

                          Now what the hell is this and what the hell am I supposed to do.
                          Do you even listen to customer complaints and act appropriately

                          I have raised to Consumer court, going easy doesn’t suit you guys!

                            I have an oldish IFB microwave convection oven, that stopped working in December 2022.
                            I called CUSTOMER CARE-the person who came said that the grill heater had conked off. He also recommended that the touch pad was wearing off and I should replace that as well. The touchpad, though it looked shabby, was working at that point, but I deffered to the technician's recommendation and got both parts changed.

                            The date was 16th Dec. Compaint no: [protected]

                            The new touchpad never REALLY WORKed perfectly after that. But we could manage. Slowly, by March, the start button completely stopped working no matter where and how hard we pressed.

                            I called CUSTOMER CARE and complained that in less than 6 months the new part was giving problems and should therefore be replaced. They said they can register a complaint but since it was 1 month after replacement, I woudl have to pay for the technician's visit. I objected-if they gave me a defective part or didn't replace properly, I shouldn't have to bear the consequences.

                            I was asked to call the manager Neeraj Singh for a resolution. He sent a technician without asking for service charge. However, the technician said the part needed replacement and that he will report back to his office. After that Mr Neeraj has gone quiet, doesn't take my calls. After repeated messaging, said they are waiting for the part, but it's been a while and I am losing faith. I have tried to call and message him again and there is no response.

                            I called the CUSTOMER CARE again and now they say there is no record of the times I called in March. And now they are saying there is no warranty of parts.

                            This seems to be a good business for IFB. Replace with defective parts, charge visiting multiple times, make the CUSTOMERs run around. And maybe even buy the part again?

                            All it does is tell me that IFB CUSTOMER CARE is bad, and I should therefore not buy IFB products again. This never happened to me with LG. if they fixed something, it stayed fixed. IFB guys told me that after replacing these parts my oven would operate as good as new, and would be good for years. Now I am told there isn't even a 6 month warranty for a part? This is ridiculous. I spent 3000 Rs on the oven in Dec. For 4000 more I could have bought a new one.

                            I am undergoing huge inconvenience for the last 3 weeks and I can't even get the manager to respond, or the CUSTOMER CARE to take my service request unless I pay for a visit again. ### experience.

                            The service was done by Dolphin Services, Authoried Franchise of IFB.

                              Please never purchase any item of IFB. I purchased AC from IFB and I really did a big mistake. they have hired unprofessional, illiterate and inexperienced installation worker. they have damaged my AC and leaked the gas and leakage of water and also steal my water pipe. really have done worst my life. please I request you all never purchase any product of them because their worker are really worst. from 1 week I am just complaining to them but no solution till now. and my ac is also not working. My complete money wasted because of them. they vend my ac pipe due to this gas flow is not proper. that's why my ac is not working. really please never do mistake to purchase their product. I purchase only because this is our indian brand. our country should grow. but like this. really never purchase anything of indian brand. because everyone earns money with very hard work.

                                Washing machine is tearing clothes since we have bought it .
                                This complaint is on behalf of my mother who is 78 years old and facing this issue.
                                Technical eng. Comes and does nothing but to sell cleaning powder to her.
                                We are tired of sending emails and now thought of writing in this forum.
                                Refund her money and take away your garbage from her house so that she can buy a new washing machine from good company.

                                    A complaint was registered on March 04, 2023. The washing machine is under AMC.

                                    No body visited to attend the complaint for four days. After following up, a technician came and noted down and clicked the pics for the required parts and assured that the machine will be fixed in three days time.

                                    After three days, another technician came and told that he was never informed of what all need to be fixed and asked that the parts required to be ordered ad will take three days time. OMG! another three days...

                                    To my surprise, on March 10, 2023, complaint was marked closed that too without resolving any problem. I wrote to the company's customer support on March 13, 2023, and got an assurance on March 14, 2023 that a technician has been given the responsibility and the problem will be resolved by evening. But no body turned up and I informed back the status but this time there was no reply even from company's customer support.

                                    I don't know ho to take up the problem. In past too the local service partner cheated on me which was informed to the company but to no resolution. It seems as if the company has given free hand to the service partners to do all this.

                                    I look forward to the resolution on urgent basis.
