Person named Aakib visited as we registered complaint for washing machine he took 2800 amount from us stating DCMotor replacement and we will be getting mail of that bill and as he left when we checked problem didnt resolved and before that only water was coming slow but now its not working only its showing tap. As we called technician within 15min he didnt lift our calls and when we called and spoke to call center again said our issue they said will see to it. After 1hour we called to that person from other number then he started shouting at us saying why you called to call center and im not going to come for your amount also no bill will be coming and i will see you and your family that was his language against me. I really dont understand how can IFB reputed company can keep such guys and its a fraud and blackmailing us for that amount. He forced us for replacement of that part which actually is not the issue we feel. I want anyone to take care of it becoz if we call to customer service they will not even listen to us just disconnect our call in between IFB is having very poor service center and how can company allow a technician to issue a part without any billing to us.

    I purchased IFB 9 kg 5 Star 2X Power Steam, Hard Water Wash Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine with In-built Heater Silver (Executive SXS 9014) from Flipkart on[protected] with order ID OD[protected]. It was delivered to me on[protected].
    The installation agent came for installation on[protected]. Before the installation, he is insisting me to purchase accessories worth about Rs 10, 000/-. He also warned me that if I don't purchase and use those items from IFB, my warranty is void as it is the instructions from IFB itself. Even when I called IFB customer care they are saying I need to mandatorily purchase a few of the accessories and "ONLY" from IFB. I don't understand what IFB is doing. Till now I have been thinking IFB is a standard company but it is playing double standards.

    The information about the "purchase of accessories from IFB" is nowhere mentioned on the product page of IFB. With this, I lost my trust in IFB. I am no more interested in using IFB products and I should start a campaign against IFB and make people aware of the "fraudulent & unethical" practices of IFB. Even the warranty card says "use o[censored]nauthorized optional accessories". What are the authorized accessories? As per the installation agent, "anything not made by IFB" is an unauthorized accessory. If I purchase filters or stabilizers from other well-established brands why warranty will be void? Is this the correct way to do business? why is IFB trying to become a monopoly? Is this a way to get more profits?

        I have ordered a top load washing machine on 27th April 2023 and 2nd May 2023 was its tentative delivery time.

        I have not received any notification from IFB about the order nor any communication. When I checked the status it’s not yet shipped and when I called the customer care they say there is no order with the provided order ID. Can you please look into it, I have already paid for this order.br...

          Greetings, Sir/Madam
          On April 16, I made a Flipkart purchase of an IBF air conditioner
          Which Delivered on April 19th, 2023 A request for installation was submitted on April 19, 2023 and approved by the IFB Team under service request number [protected].
          I have been pursuing the IFB customer support team since April 19th but have not received a response.
          They gave out the phone numbers for the installation company and the technician, but neither are being answered or responded to.
          Finally, after numerous phone and email follow-ups, I had a talk with the service provider on April 26. He told me that the ac installation will be completed by EOD. On the day of installation, nobody else showed up.

          Finally on 27th April 23 Technician came for installation. He came at 6:30 and was highly incompetent and impatient.

          He had started installation work but didn't bring required instrument for installation.

          He did half work, and continuously persuing to delay this work on next day as he didn't being accessories for installation.

          Even it was not my job i went along with him using my vehicle and fuel so that installation finished on the same day but it was not worked out.

          The technician named Zahid had Guthka in his mouth which he spit in the wash basin once in my home.

          I had called To Mr. Praveen from IFB and Lukman from service team, but he was also failed to provide support.

          Also the charges were hidden, initially i was informed that only i need to pay 1250 installation charges, further they add-on Rs. 1250 for Stand, Rs 1800 for Copper pipe, Rs 300 for drain pipe.
          If this additional cost we need to bear that we should be informed at the time of booking itself.

          I have to take personal leave for 2.5 days due to inefficiency of IFB service team.

          Requesting your support for taking this matter seriously with IFB so that in future no other customer has to suffer like me.

              I have purchased AC and it is still in warranty . Company and seller promised me free service in warranty period. I resister a AC request through IFB customer service number on 15 April . I got ticket number and it was said service agent will contact me soon. But date 22 April i did not called by any service agent. I did many follow up with customer care . they promised every-time that today it will be done but nothing happen till date.
              And today they marked my ticket resolved with providing any service.

                  Product out of warranty. Still got a call from free service from IFB partnering agents. He came and insisted us to use filters if we want to increase the life of machine. We agreed and paid for it trusting IFB goodwill. He put the filter at the censor outlet and we used the machine for few days, it stopped taking water. Now, we called the person again and he said censor not working. I told him it's your responsibility as the fault has come only after you installed the filter. He asked me to register a complaint and he will get it rectified. After that he not only stopped taking my calls his, boss Shyam also didn't cooperate. Why we got a free service call from Shyam. IFB now says they have not sent anyone for free service. This agency (IFB certified) purposefully calls owners of out of warranty machine and making money. Why we are the sufferer? We trusted IFB and bought two products and now feeling cheated. Expecting IFB to give take care of the issue and fix our washing machine. But, to our surprise, IFB also not responding to our complaint over email. Is this a business ethics of a company like IFB.

                    Please refer to the mentioned request Id number towards service of my AC raised on[protected].

                    However the same is yet to be done. I have called up your customer care number at least 4-5 times and raised the service request/complaint through your whats app aswell and escalated the same (Your escalation request reference number is WA230113 & escalation request reference number is WA229927) but all in vain.

                    Your technician is yet to visit and complete the service. Moreover your office/customer support team have no control over the service engineer/team towards the inconvenience of your customers.

                    This appears as gross unprofessionalism. Is this the way you service your customers?

                      I have purchased IFB Washing Machine from Croma and I complained for repairing to Croma and IFB both but after 4 or 5 days IFB company taken our complaint and assigned to Mr. Vikas- Mobile No. is [protected].

                      My wife got call from him on 13 April 2023 for repairing washing machine and after that decided that he will come around 6:00 PM for repairing the machine. But he did not reached and after one hour I called to him that why you did not come then he abuse me my mother and my sister and cut the phone.

                      This is very unprofessional behaviour from his side and we cant aspect that these types of behave I am facing after purchase a product from Croma and IFB.

                      I request that Kindly take necessary action against him.

                        We had purchased a IFB dish washer appliance recently and got and issue, raised complaint with IFB tkt no:[protected] on 03/April/2023. Till now no action was taken on that tkt. Previously also raised complaints from IFB store itself, but no action. After sales service of IFB too worst.
                        Almost 3 months back I purchased this appliance and I hardly used it to due to recurring issues and getting service is to hard from IFB.

                          I have IFB washing machine, paid AMC also. The machine gives E1 error as soon as switch on though the door is closed. After so many times call, a technician was sent, he lifted the door little bit up and close it then the machine ran. in between if power cut happends the door automatically gets open again gives E1 error. this time not at all closing though we did as technician suggested. this time again so many time call to IFB service center. finally technician came and suggested that the door should be replaced but that will not be covered in AMC, I said ok, place order I will pay for it. I again asked temporary fix if they can do. they said sending technician. still waiting but no technician waiting. just look at the incident for E1 issue has been continuing for a month still it is not resolved . in first visit itself they figured out the issue but no solutions provided. at lease they could provide temporary solution like adjusting door or could see why lock is not holding, not at all analying the issue . simply coming and going, so asked the AMC back. the person in local service center says check with IFB company not with service center. Kindly look into the issue.

                          This is not only the issue. though you pay AMC, they do not considered about it. Every time we have to beg them to resolve the issue

                            I have raised complaint for my AC servicing on 15th Mar'23 with the complaint no. of [protected] for which technician can but problem not resolved & he closed the ticket & again asked to raised for which again complaint raised on 28th Mar'23 with the ticket no. of [protected] which is closed without even visit. Again talked to customer care & he raised again new ticket on 2nd Apr'23 with the ticket no. of [protected]. Surprising with the continuous follow up with customer care this ticket is again closed without visit. I am very much fed up with the system & mentally got harassed.
                            I want justice for both my financial as well as metal tension as its warranty got expired after 14th or 15th April'23 tentative.

                              I have paid amount on Nov'2022 to a technician from Akshara Enterprise, siddipet, for one year AMC, and got receipt for same.
                              However same was not updated in online of IFB,
                              Recently my washing machine got damaged and need drum replacement, but the technician was insisted that it was not under warranty, hence the replacement is chargeable. I shown him the receipt of AMC payment but his was telling it must be come in online then only we will accept it for free service.
                              Last one month machine was not working. After paying for AMC also I had to suffer. I was keep on calling to customer care but no one giving proper resolution and keep on dragging.

                                  I has been a customer of IFB with front load washing machine since 5 years 2 months back i got a problem and registered a complaint for that the technician had a visit and told that bearing are lost it would be covered under one year extended AMC warranty. No replacement done, we called the service center for more than 5 times in last 2 months everytime they are saying we will send person tomorrow sir !! infact many tomorrows gone no one came untill now . this how ifb behave with customers who had warranty ? if i am out of warrenty they would have visted n number of times to make a business !! please resolve the issue .. i enclose details in below

                                    IFB washing machine noise while drum is rotating

                                    I have registered a complaint for repairing IFB Senorita vx 6.5 washing machine as there was some abnormal nosie while the drum is rotating. The technician visited and asked me to change the drum and the cost they said is 7900+ service charges +transportation charges (1000 in case bearing needs to be changed).
