I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the conduct of your service representative, Mr. Gaurav Chowdhary, of RF Enterprise, Aligarh.
Upon contacting the technician, I was informed that customer data was not visible in the system and was asked to WhatsApp my bill details — a request I complied with. However, during a follow-up call, Mr. Chowdhary responded in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. Without even verifying my registered mobile number, he outright refused to provide service. When I questioned why he wasn’t verifying the information associated with my registered number, he declined to do so and went so far as to threaten me, stating I could raise a complaint “wherever I wanted.”
This unacceptable behaviour prompted me to escalate the matter to your customer care team, who provided me with the contact numbers of Mr. Chowdhary’s superiors:

I find it extremely disheartening and frustrating that official escalation channels are either non-functional or completely unresponsive. As a loyal IFB customer since 2010, I expect professionalism and courtesy — not indifference and hostility.
This incident has not only caused inconvenience but seriously undermines the trust I have placed in the IFB brand. I respectfully request strict and immediate action against Mr. Gaurav Chowdhary and accountability from the supervising authorities responsible for managing service standards in Aligarh. Such behaviour does irreparable harm to customer confidence and brand reputation.
Sincerely urge you to take strict disciplinary action against Mr. Gaurav Chowdhary. Should this matter remain unresolved, I will be compelled to escalate it through appropriate consumer grievance forums, as Mr. Chowdhary himself dismissively stated that I could 'go complain wherever I want.'
Kindly confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the steps being taken to address it.
