IFB Industries — Microwave Convention

I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding the repair service I received on 3 Jan 2026 for IFB Microwave convention oven. I had paid 3700 Rs for the service and the technician assured me the issue would be resolved. The service agency name is IFB National aircon service center.
After one day of repair the Microwave stopped again.
We called them many times but no avail.
This lack of communication and incomplete work is highly unprofessional and inconvenient.
I request you to:
Either arrange for immediate reinspection and proper repair
or provide a full refund of amount paid
