IFB Washing Machine — Request for Replacement of Defective IFB Washing Machine (Elite ZLS 7012)

I purchased a new IFB Elite ZLS 7012 washing machine from Panipat on 28th July 2025. The installation was carried out on 30th July 2025. However, the machine is not functioning properly. The technician who visited for installation informed me that a part inside the machine is broken and needs to be replaced. He mentioned that the replacement part would arrive in two days.

Given that this issue was identified immediately upon installation, it is clear that the unit is defective. I strongly believe that the company should replace the entire unit rather than repair it, as I have received a faulty product right from the start.
