I requested for permanent disconnection of my bp no [protected] 0n 18 july after that I called again on 29 july than 1 August n 3rd August...i was provided with a no of control room [protected] & the persons misbehaved on call and misguided me that they will attend my complaint today n did same on each day uptil now my complaint registered is not taken care of and igl staff from control room keep misbehaving ...I have all the call recordings of them ...I need to shift my house and I can't wait for an engineer daily sitting at home I have work to do... kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise I will file a legal complaint against igl
