Ref. Regn no. [protected], an amount of ₹6000 paid vide pnb bank. Proof sent several times and last vide req. No [protected]. Also sent proof of payment vide bank certificate on whatsap number [protected] as given by customer care centre. Last message received that my problem rehas been resolved. Customer care is not helping confiming receipt of payment.
Kindly help me in confirming receipt of money and likely delay in new cinnection.
