Dear Sir/Madam,
I am filing this complaint to you in a bit of frustration and disappointment with services and complaint resolution from IGL in regards to my gas supply connection which is not completed even after several requests/complaints raised to customer care.
It's been more than 4-5 months I am waiting for supply to be activated. Although IGL says it will be resolved in 3 days, that is an utterly false and fake promise .
The raising request / complaints via customer care is appearing to me as a total wastage of resource, time and money, as it is not solving the customer issues but merely raising their disappointments and untrust on IGL.

Complaints raised - but just got closed only with verbal communication but without any resolution.
